Bank anywhere else but here. There is always a line and one teller. A ton of office staff/bankers BS about in the back. I keep this around for serious banking transactions, everything else I just cash app.

Went to cash a check from my uncle who has a Bank of America account with six figures in it. Check was for 6000. Bank of America refused to cash it citing limits on checks for nonMembers. Will need to either have my bank hold check for 3 days or have my uncle write me 10 checks for 600.00. Maybe they don’t have enough cash on hand to cash or cashing it would bounce their branch. Save your time if you can and avoid this branch. The only way to get cash from BofA is shorting their stock

Was issued a check from my grandmas estate for 6000.00 issued on a Bank of America check. Bank of America refused to cash their own check citing a limit which they wouldn't divulge to me. I called and verified with my uncle 6 figures in the account. Another reason I don't back with BofA. Don't waste your time

Bank of america, if you need to save money then get a smaller building'. i've never seen more then two tellers on a good day. why spend the money on all the extra windows?

I went that Saturday after noon at BOFA Fort Apache.. A young female agent at the frontdesk there is pretty arrogant. She serve you with a narrow mind and bad mood. It's easy to see that she doesn't like her job. Unfortunatelly these kind of workers make loosing the quality service of that location.

Very poor service. The two salespersons have a discriminatory attitude towards Chinese customers, and I want to complain to you. Even though I was the first to arrive today, it was just a simple money transfer service. The attitude of the two staff members was to let me wait, and the guests who came later than me all finished their business. I need a lawyer to sue you for discrimination.

I've never seen this branch have more than 1 teller at a time. I've been here wirh as many as 12 people in line and still 1 teller. I ordered $2 bills and was told it would be here in a week. When I showed up, I waited for the 1 teller to process only 4 people that day and when I got to the front of the line, I was told it did not come in. I'm confused why they took my telephone number if they had no intentions to use it. I'm limited as to what banks I can go to as I'm only available on Saturdays because of when I work. Almost no Band of Americas are open on Saturdays anymore.
