The the 6th time now your security features have turned off my card at 5am while I'm sleeping, due to "suspicious activity." The activity in question? Autopay. You are blocking my BILL payments! You keep blocking my card because of Netflix, or Amazon Prime or my other totally normal, monthly, REGULAR, reoccurring payments. I've had it. I'm switching banks.

I have been doing my business for over 11 years and I would say this branch is really trying to help! They did help me with everything they can to solve my issues. Especially the manager and the banker.Unlike others branches, you could judge that on their face or the attitude, all they can do was “make an appointment and that’s a week later” or ask you to call the BOA on your own.

Bank doesn’t open til 10AM, closes at 4PM. If you own a business, there’s no way to go in and complete any business tasks unless you take time from your company. USE A DIFFERENT BANK! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Do not go to this Bank of America, choose a different location. The employees are very unprepared, don't know what to do and they move you from one to another. If you're not lucky enough to find the capable worker from the beginning, be prepared to spend at least one hour there, even if you have an appointment.

First, I went to the branch on Jones yesterday - they were closed for lunch. No time to wait as I am making deposits for work. Next, I came to this branch and there was no teller. Ok nbd I will try again tomorrow. Today - Came here at 11:43am..No surprise here there’s no teller once again. Hopefully if I come back in an hour or so there will be one. I come back again at 1:11pm and well…now we’re here. I really do not understand the frequent closures throughout the day and there only being 1 teller. Please, what is the reason!? Why does this issue persist? This has happened to me and countless others more times than what I mentioned above too. I really hope there is something done about this.

This location is busy and you need more workers here. I normally deposit small checks through atm but when I have to deposit larger checks for our business the wait and the line is so long because of having one teller, that Im just going to another location from now on.

Closed at 4pm on a Monday the drive thru atm ate my card and wouldn’t given it back I try and wave the associates down inside and they juts look at me eating their food. Shake on you BOA do better

This branch has only one teller helping customers no matter how long the line is.my suggestion is if you have busy schedule avoid this place .

ALWAYS A PROBLEM WITH THEIR ATM. NEVER WORKS PROPERLY The workers are always pretty pleasant but the ATM needs to be updated everyday to insure it is providing detailed service
