The Manager Lesley chavarria has a bad attitude,I was trying to cash a check, and she said that she can't cash it because that person never writes checks and there was no way to verify the check ,why do you give checks if people can't cash them ,I told her please call or verify other way and she responded we don't call or use other verification way .that's very stupid. If you get checks from this bank, you can't write because they will not be able to cash them .What a waste of time

This bank of America is the worst at tropicana and decature I was at 1 :59 pm on Saturday the security african american close the door so rude when I spoke to him the manager so rude slamed the door to me while I was talking to her she looks like Asian very bad attitude. ?

Had a very specific issue with getting my funds from a discontinued business account, the manager Leslie was about to find a creative way to assist me and rectify the issue. Whole team was friendly, fast and helpful. Great location from the tellers and management all the way to the security outside. Elite location.

I've only used this location after business house so my comments are limited to the ATM only. They have both a walk up and a drive thru ATM. Haven't had any issues at this location and it's fairly well lit.

The manager lied about clients and schedules and tried to stereotype me because of my color and gave me the worst experience by coming up with new unheard set of informations.

If you need a banker they ONLY take appointments. If you go here without an appt I suggest you wait in line and speak to the teller first bc there’s no one in front to help you. I waited 25 mins for someone to tell me the person I needed is out sick and I should just do what I needed online. If you are someone who isn’t good with tech I would consider banking with a bank that prioritizes customer service.

Worse branch ever...No greeter for 20 minutes.Business teller never on duty..Try to ignore this branch...Slowest and laziest workersEver.Not even worth 1 star

This is probably one of the slowest branches in town. They usually only have one teller available and the rest are running around acting busy. There is a male that is usually in the front that tries to help when he can but he's not always available. I would not recommend a personal account for the same reason, that their customer service is very lacking. As you can tell from the response below, Bank of America is not very service oriented. They have taken the service out of customer service and expect you to use their ATMs and "Mobile App" and now Twitter for what used to be customer service.

OMG! No business counter! And only two tellers are opened and one is sitting at the counter doing we don't know what.... Everyone is upset because the line barely moved .....waited for almost an hour and we were told it could be even longer wait!!!! Wow! Just wow!

All the people waiting in line for over an hour for an hour or more. They have a guy here offering to help you use your debit card. Obviously they are sending the customers a message. Do it yourself. The people in line are saying it is always like this. Time to withdraw my money and find a new service oriented bank.
