Wow is this branch terrible. The staff appears untrained and not knowledgeable about the bank policies and procedures. Long wait times for a teller. Worth avoiding this branch and bank.
They are renovating so the branch will look nicer. The staff they have did try so 3 not 1 star.

well i must say i had a great visit with michelle and set me up with a new checking account and spent time with me explaining the answers to all my questions , and a good person on top of the business ..i dont give reviews unless i feel they deserve 5 stars ..there you go

I am having problems with anyone answering a phone, all I want to know is does this branch have a notary? If so are they part time, full time and how would I make an appt or could I just come in? Please do not refer me to Twitter or other platforms as I am NOT tech savvy! Can you please just answer this question in my review?
