As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped. A teller by the name of Natalie helped us with our questions regarding an account for my underage daughter. She directed us with a gentleman named Gustavo. He offered to help open account for her within 15 minutes. Everything was taken care of smoothly from the getco. The account was open successfully and we were taken care of with no appointment. Thank you Natalie and Gustavo, you two were wonderful. .

Really nice people but there's not enough staff working. They never have the business line open which makes it hard to bank here. I usually don't come to this branch because of the wait times. However if you have time to wait the people are nice.

First 2 visits cashing my check was a quick and satisfying experience but today I had an awful experience at the one on Charleston and West cliff. Terrible customer service

This place discriminated big time when I and my husband can in to cash our Check, we were told that bank of America does not cash state Treasury check, and that we would have to deposit it in to a bank account. Which was fine. But then we were told we would have to make an appointment because the people who was willing to help up 5 mins ago were no longer available. This was a Tuesday, He made us an appointment for that Friday, stated we would receive a confirmation text. ( Never received).We didn't go back Friday due to research this policy that bank of America so called has according to the gentleman teller who assisted us. Well we didn't come across any policy stated bank of America is unable to cash sate Treasury checks If he didn't want to cash the check just say that. Made this whole lie up.

Banker Mario and his supervisor think they're immigration asking for a physical social security card to open a basic checking account,I didnt know that was required so all i could provide at the time was my W2 and my real ID, a MAJOR BOA credit card plus 5 other MAJOR credit cards with my name which according to their regulations online its all they need and it should've been sufficient proof of my social security number but they treated me like i was crossing the border and denied me an account. Horrible service.

Rude, combatant staff that gave zero help with any question I had. My wife was infuriated and asked how to close out our accounts which was the only time the clerk was helpful at all. Such petty customer service.

If I can give ZERO stars I would. I waited in line for almost 30 minutes just to be told what I need to do I have to wait to see a customer service representative. Then when I go to check into the waiting area to be seen, the lady gives me a dirty look and says, I heard you're already checked in with the teller so you have to wait 45 minutes to an hour. WHAT???? No thank you, BYE!!! This location has such horrible service and incompetent workers that dress like they're going to a club on the strip on a Saturday night, and act so unprofessional. I had to remember the location and the type of people that frequent this area. You don't own the bank, you just work there. Don't get into customer service if you don't like people or your job!

There are five employees standing around doing nothing while there is a line of clients, a different the teller told me to get my financial service done at walmart for it to be cheaper... Fransisco was helpful though

Been to this location a few times only because its the closest to my house. Its always over crowded and understaffed. The service is slow and not friendly. The priority is never getting customers in and out quickly and efficiently... I will be driving the distance to go to another branchUpdate: I'm going to update this review to another star for one of the tellers Carlos he is the only employee I've encountered at this location who is always polite & helpful, he's actually awesome
