Terrible customer service whether you are in the business or on the phone. Not enough staff, no matter when you show up or call. Appointments are all booked as drop off, not in room visit with doctor unless you are specific when making appointment. Scheduling for surgery is not timely and animals are made to wait unreasonable amount of time though dropped off early. Receptionist Marie is just rude. We probably will not return.

They took amazing care with my pitbull! Price for service are higher than most locations, but i guess you get what you pay for.

I love the wellness program they have us on.Update: Well, I would wish that customer service would be an everyday thing. However, this time around, I called with questions and felt like I was being pushed off the phone. My dog was diagnosed with diabetes and they told me i had to buy the freestyle device to track her sugar levels. I told them I was moving if this would still work with other doctors. Theu assured me that it would. I'm coming to find out, nope! Every doctor likes to do things differently, and now they want me to pay 350 for a glucose curve. The freestyle cost me 150 for it not to even be used. I am beyond livid, do better Benfield times are hard and I'm just trying to give my dog a fighting chance!!

Started coming here after I had a bad experience at the Banfield close to me. I have a senior dog who started experiencing mobility issues. I was going to the Banfield on Rainbow, had an unpleasant experience with Dr. Berday where I was trying to find a different treatments for my dog and Dr. Berday suggested that I needed to put my dog down because he couldn't get around like he used to. After that, I felt uncomfortable with returning to that location. Since then, I have come to the Banfield at Gentle Doctor and the vets that have seen my dog have focused on treating him for the issues at hand, rather than trying to advise me on their opinion of his quality of life.

One star too many. I just called these money hungry liars. Two weeks ago my dog was scratching and I took him to see the doctor. We were in California and I was concern. They prescribed medicine and it helped. They gave us a prescription for a refill but when we got back to Nevada they wouldn't honor it because now they are saying he has to be seen by there doctor. BS. I'm taking him elsewhere because you guys only care about making money so screw you.

Thank you to all for helping Bailey stay safely boarded! We greatly appreciate it; especially the peace of mind. She's very happy and did great on the flight!

Expensive. The main vet doc seemed to actually care so that's good. Did I mention very costly?

Their ability to provide petcare is objecrively not an issue. The level of care is subjective. They do not allow the owner/handler to assist if the Pet needs calming which is not advisable or productive.

The staff here is usually professional and helpful. They are definitely focused on the pets which I can appreciate. They've helped squeeze my dog in for a visit when she's not feeling well or got injured and notified me of any health concerns they had.

I brought my dog in for an allergy shot. After my dog was taken back to be examined the Vet came in telling me she wanted to conduct several tests. When questioned why my need $500.00 worth of tests, she stated because I’m a Vet. After I told her that wasn’t enough for me to believe her diagnosis. She declined services.I went to Centennial Hills Animal Hospital a week later. Walked in, Vet examined my dog in front of me, showed me why they decided on her treatment. 45 minutes and only $83.00 later. My dog is no longer itching and much happier.Don’t go here, Go to Centennial Hills Hospital. It is more trustworthy, more efficient and will take time to explain their diagnosis in front of you. Plus they won’t nickel and dime you.
