Stay away from this location!! The sales staff lies and plays games with their customers!!
Before I stopped into this AutoZone location on Hollywood Blvd to purchase a battery for my vehicle, I looked it up on their website. According to their website, the battery should cost $79.99 with a 2-year warranty on a battery trade-in. However, when I spoke with the salesperson at the Hollywood Blvd location, he said that the cheapest battery they had would cost me $199.99! I left the store and looked up that very same battery at the Nellis location, and lo and behold, the battery for my vehicle cost $79.99! Needless to say, I asked the salesperson at the Nellis location to confirm the battery against my vehicle's stats and he confirmed that the battery would cost $79.99 with a used battery trade-in, so I purchased that battery.
I don't know what sort of games they're playing at the Hollywood Blvd location, but the sales staff is NOT trustworthy and they lie to their customers. Avoid this location like the plague!

I give a 1 star The store is clean and organized but One of the employees is very unprofessional and has horrible customer service she's very rude and unhelpful and raises her voice too much i don't think i'll be coming back never thought someone could be as rude as her very disappointed with the customer service at this location.

Needed my car battery replaced and Mike T was patient enough to help put the new one in. Unfortunately I had to come in the next day because of my car still stalling..George helped this time and also was very patient. He did a whole diagnostic text and we found the problem, the starter. My mechanic confirmed it...i appreciate both of their help. Thank you again to Mike and especially George for fully explaining why my car was continuing to stall.

This guy Mike was so rude. I asked him for help and he told me go look on the back wall. He was not helpful at all. I will never go to that store again. Very bad service.
