I’m a 71 year woman who is not computer savvy. Julius and Mrs. Jones were very helpful to me in helping me find battery holder to keep car battery in place. Julius went above and beyond to help install the battery holder. I’m am single and no idea who to get to help me install the battery when Julius spoke up and said he would. So grateful for Auto Zone employees to go the extra mile to help their customers. Auto Zone has been there for me in the past with replacing batteries, coolants cap, running diagnostics test on my car, to help solve my car issues. Thank you for your services.

Came in for a new battery and Ms. Jones and Isiah very hepful and great customer service they even swapped out the battery for the new one courtesy I would definetly recommend this auto zone store if your in the area. Thanks Ms. Jones and Isiah!!!!

Very rude lady here at this Autozone
She didnt want to test my Kia Soul starter
She doesnt care about her job at all
She is a African American Woman
In his 30’s
She even make fun of Customers
Acting Nonchalant whe she refuse to test my Starter
Is not fair for all the Autozoners that go the extra mile to make Autozone the best Autoparts Store

Went today July 18th, 2024 with my father in law. The great review goes to Nacharda and Toby for helping figure this one out they deserve a raise and a bonus for “dealing” with us for 30 minutes minimum. I’m in the customer service industry and I know how it can be with a difficult customer. We explained our side they explained theirs, in the end they worked it out and we walked out happy and saved my mother in law from the 105 degree Las Vegas HEAT! I hope the company sees this review and recognizes them for their dedication to the customer!
I’m going to put all the negative things I have to say on the company’s online internal system it did not register my father in law’s phone number for a battery warranty so it was extremely difficult for an exchange even though the battery was manufactured 8/23 11 months old and went bad. IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS DIFFICULT WITH AUTOZONE TO GET A NEW BATTERY with WARRANTY! It has a manufacturing date and if it goes bad under that manufacturer date and still under warranty it should be covered! NO MATTER IF YOU HAVE THE RIGHT PHONE NUmBER OR PERSONS NAME AND ADDRESS ITS STILL UNDER WARRANTY!

Convenient, helpful people, although with the self-checkout you don't have to talk to anybody if you know what you are looking for.
