The difference between good and great customer service is when a person takes time to understand your frustration. Then they solve the "problem" the best they can. This only takes empathy and a will to help the customer. This is how Walter H. At Autozone ( Durango & Cheyenne) handled me today. AMAZING!! I will only buy my parts / batteries from AutoZone. Nice work Walter! Anyone reading this thinking I am a employee/ family members or paid marketing person I assure you I am not. I am just a customer that is desperately wanting great customer service in Las Vegas, and Walter DELIVERED....... Thank you!

Talk about going the extra mile! Had a very unusual problem with our dodge Durango! Had to change the plan of attack several times. Everyone at this location was helpful, friendly and helped figure out the issue. Trisha though, went above and beyond in getting us the right parts and was patient and attentive despite being busy and multi tasking! Couldn’t ask for a better customer contact person! Thank you!!!

Walter changed my tire for me in 100 degree weather. I honestly do not know what I would have done with ought him. Not only did he help me when I was in a pinch, but he was so kind even under the horrible conditions. I am truly grateful and would recommend this location to anyone and everyone!!

I had the wonderful opportunity to with one of your associates to day by the name of Dylan. Dylan was professional and new his products. He assisted me with the installation of a new low beam light in my 2016 Hyundai Tucson. Dylan knew where and how to do the install and and accomplished it in a minimal amount of time.I will recommend Dylan and your store at any opportunity.

I am so thankful for Trevone (I believe that was his name from what I could see on badge) and his colleague for intervening to say my battery could be changed when the initial answer was “ no”due to my type of car. Their energy was very uplifting. And talk about getting the job done! Special thanks for Trevone for changing my battery and fixing the minor issue we encountered. Wishing all the best!
