I purchased a rear rotor for my Truck on Aug 14, 2024. Gave all my truck info to associate/kyle. Had some trouble's initially in operating the computer input info, not too mention 15min searching for the item on the shelf. Today I had my appointment to get it installed along with brake pads. Received call "wrong rotor".. I was furious, went by the store, now a completely new crew, all seven of them. Confirmed, wrong rotor was SOLD to me! The one question that was NOT asked of me by Kyle was "is the emergency brake (1) automatic or (2) manual? YES, there are two different part numbers, and the item is competely different!!! I needed an manual, and was sold an "automatic"... "the manual was out-of-stock", made an decision "WRONG DECISION" and sold me the automatic!!! Took my business to O'Riley's Auto Parts, purchased the correct one, and IT WORKED!!!
