do not call this location looking for products. they provide 0 help. I called for suggestion on a product and Chantelle answered and said “oh we have a couple products” I ask okay what are they and she literally said “oh, i don’t know” like what? how do you say you have a couple products but don’t know what they are and shes like well if you come in we can help you. No thanks. i wont be coming in for you to waste more of my time. So annoyed. If you aren’t knowledgeable then why work there?

If I could give this place a negative I would. Absolutely incompetent crew working there. I've had a part ordered by three different people including the assistant manager with the manager right there and I still haven't received my part. In fact the first two times, even though I ordered it right there in store with the assistant manager, they still couldn't find my order or my part even with my actual recipient in hand. I'm absolutely disgusted. This is ridiculous! Trust me save your time and money and go to O'Reilly or at least a different Auto zone with people that actually care and are competent!!!

The workers are very attentive but they don't have many things in inventory. And the antifreeze they have is the most expensive one that cannot be diluted.
