Elizabeth c. Helped ring me up today. I’m always working on older cars that utilize parts from non-specific makes and models.
Got everything I needed in one spot…timely manner…fair price…the store was clean and full of beautiful smiling faces. Can’t ask for anything more.

An employee named Erica saved me!!! My car died at the stop sign turning right onto eastern. I was very scared and ran inside. She attempted to jump it and it wouldn't start. My battery was out of stock but she had another member check the back and found the battery I needed that hasn't been in the system. She changed it right there, almost in the street, and she did it with beautiful long nails! It was super quick and she went above and beyond. She could have just let me call a tow truck and I could have dealt with it while she resumed her other duties, but she spent the time making sure I was safe and good to go. She was super kind and calm throughout the ordeal while I was stressed and flustered. Such a wonderful experience. Thank you Erica and the other 2 women who helped me inside and helped dispose of my old battery.

I absolutely LOVE AutoZone!I needed a car battery and O'Reilly's wanted too much so I called this AutoZone and they definitely had a better deal for me and the customer service was impeccable!They took there time to even replace the battery for me in this hot sun!Thank you to all the team players!

Went in with a dead battery and almost walked out on the first guy because he wasn't going to be able to change my battery, but thanks to the manager Mario was able to get my battery out and replaced it in no time or negative effort !!
