Speechless…!!
My best customer experience ever since I’ve been a loyal customer to Autozone for over 20 years…!
I came to this location looking for terminals for my battery, store was not very busy and Simon F. helped me finding the best options for my 2009 Toyota Matrix…Simon took a look at my battery in order to find the appropriate and best fitting part and then he offered to replace the part himself…!…while working on the issue , manager Stephen M. approached in company of a new employee and both paid close attention to Simon’s labor which was highly efficient and skillful then Simon noticed a leaking from one of 5he hoses and offered to replace it as well, after finding the part they all went back to my car again and replaced the broken adaptor for the hose , Simon and his manager were at all times teaching the new employee what the did on how the did it..I must say I’m very impressed with the level of commitment and professionalism they showed for my complete satisfaction as a customer.
Autozone corporate should be very proud of having such honest and hard working employees like Simon F. who take the customer service concept very professional by going the extra mile…!!

I went into autozone today and was greeted with kind customer service from Michael, Benn, and Harvey. they were able to help me with the questions I asked and they were very helpful to me by helping me with my check engine light coming on. I also got helped by Michael to help me fix my head light issue and windshield wipers replaced. I'm not really familiar with car stuff but they defiantly are and they are very professional and they have gained a customer for life. I would highly suggest that if you are looking for a place to get your car issues fixed I would come here first. thank you again Michael, Benn, and Harvey for your professionalism.

I just brought my 2021 Toyota Corolla to this Autozone to get my battery checked out and get a new battery if it needed one. And of course it did. I was helped by a very nice gentleman, he gave me extra information on how to not let this happen again and went above and beyond for this service. I feel 110% better now. My car is newer so I thought there was something more wrong than just the battery and he ensured me that's all it was and I'm very grateful for his help today!

My battery died, and my coworker gave me a jumpstart so I could make it to Auto Zone. It's down the street from my house so it wasn't that far of a trip. The guy who checked my battery was super helpful. He showed me that it said my battery was bad and that I still had a warranty on my battery from Pep Boys. I needed to have my battery replaced. He told me if they wouldn't help to come back and he'll replace it for me. Luckily, they did honor the warranty. The fact that he assured me it was my battery and nothing else so amazing because Pep Boys tried to say it was my engine since my check engine light was on. It was only on because of my battery. Once it was replaced, the light went away.
I will definitely be going back to Auto Zone for my other car needs because of the great customer service.

ADRIAN and the young lady that assisted were amazing. Extremely helpful and patient with me, who knows zero about batteries and alternators!!! Can't say enough about how awesome they are. My new Autozone store!!

Had a couple issues with my car the resulted in other issues popping up. The long and short of it was that Michael and his staff were EXTREMELY helpful and patient with my vehicle issues (calling multiple other stores, looking for other options, etc.). I will be driving out of my way to come to this location specifically because of the above and beyond service I received .

Yesterday, I came to buy a bunch of parts for my car. The store manager, Michael was super attentive, kind and helpful!
Today I had to return to get a part exchanged because it was a wrong fit, and Michael (who was already clocked out for the day), stayed extra to help me find the right part and installed it in less than 2 minutes like an absolute pro!!
Don't go anywhere else, the employees here are so attentive and understanding!! You got yourself a repeat customer!??

I called AutoZone and a gentleman by the name of HR answer the phone, trying to attempt to see if they had some brake pads in stock. When he answered the phone I start talking. He tells me to hold on and put the call on hold he gets back on the phone, making model of my car and he put me on hold again. When he gets back on the phone, he tells me that he’s gonna have to call me back because he have a line of patients that he needs to take care of. I let him know that I go to AutoZone all the time. And I have never had this happen. It’s such a disappointment.

The African-American man was laughing at me! I didn't really know what he was laughing at when I went in there just now. Last week the guy with the earplugs helped me install windshield wipers.
He PRINTED OUT A PAPER - Amazon of the mirror that is broken on drivers side and needed replacing. I asked him if he could help me install it. He said yes so I BOUGHT IT. I went in there, some ELDERLY employee says sarcastically I can help you -show me -.he says THAT is ten hour job you cant do in the heat or YOU WILL DIE. We don't do that type of installation. Good luck!

Cute guy with the earplugs, you coulda just said NO when I asked.
Too bad so sad, I had a handful of crisp $100's for whoever woulda helped me.
That's ok.
