Monica Gonzalez was very helpful and went out of her way to accommodate. In fact, everyone was helpful and they worked with me to come to a deal. I still have an issue with the car but they seem eager to get it resolved (which is why it is four stars) but if you're looking for a place that wants to help you fine a vehicle, this is it.

Beware of this money pit nightmare! We bought a high priced chevy trailboss truck and it's broken down on the freeway twice (within just months of driving it off the lot) almost causing severe/fatal accidents. They won't help because of their "as-is" scam. The front wheel literally detaches!! Warranty won't cover the work so don't waste your money with that either! We're $8k in the hole for repairs alone and can't get rid of it because of the salvaged title. They used shotty off the market parts that aren't even compatible with the truck. Don't fall for the nice exteriors- we have to remove the lift kit to correct the problem because they did such a horrible job "rebuilding" the truck. Scam scam scam. Huge mistake.
*Edited to add CALL OR TEXT WHO? I am absolutely listed on the purchase. Nice try though.

Got a scatpack charger in November and have been getting non-stop issues. Lately service doesn’t want to help me like at all and even made my car worse. I recently came in because my night time lights weren’t working. Once I got it back from service the daylights, turn signal, and hazards no longer work. The technician doesn’t want to fix it claims it needs a new headlight ? so guess what I bought a new headlight and it’s the same issue ?. Service department were so rude tryna have me pay all sorts of diagnostic fees and telling me I need a new headlight when CLEARLY it’s the wiring that the technician did was so wrong?. So yeah now I have an extra headlight for no reason and my daylights, hazards, and turn signals still do not work how safe is that ! They have way too many cars in service and can take who knows how long to get me in IF they even get me in. Not only that they don’t like to answer their phones so u gotta go there urself and walk out w nothing but I’ll reach out to you. At this point I don’t even want this car anymore. Who knew the place u got ur car from can make u lose interest for a car you’ve been wanting for so long.
UPDATE: I brought it to service again and now they’re saying the reason why it’s doing that is because I tried using an after market headlight. Like are you serious. It was doing that after I got it back from them, the told me to put a new headlight , and now that’s the reason why it’s doing that. They are so clueless and not real mechanics they are total crooks. Please what ever you do NEVER do business with these people these cars care garbage and they will scam you .

I went to alot of car lots. This is the best and most different. . They don't babysit you while you test drive. Kris was awesome n helped me with my challenging finances. I got the car of my dreams at a big discount! This is the only place from now on I'll buy a car
