I came here with my 75 year old Mom because she wanted a car. She has bad knees and needs something comfortable to get in/out of. When we arrived, we were greeted by two gentlemen. One was a new kid a rookie salesman but this kid has a good demeanor, and I see him doing well in sales as he develops his pitch. The other was a seasoned salesman (Eric). Both were well mannered and helpful. Not too pushy. Long story short, when we were sent to finance, we were given the honor of dealing with an unpleasant prick named Martin. The reason I'm calling YOU out sir is because of your inability to keep your cool when told no I do t need additional extended coverage or gap coverage thank you. This scraggly, unkempt pint size man has total napoleon complex (I'm 5'7" btw, I'm short but man this guy) his personality fits it too. When I told him no, I don't need the coverage he persisted to try to sell me. I politely told him, "look man I don't want you to keep spinning your wheels we're not gonna buy anything that substantially increases the monthly payment." he then proceeded to throw the old corning sales pitch so you wouldn't buy it for a dollar a day? At that point I lost my patience and I said look it's a flat no. He then said well, you're not gonna stop me from doing my job. So I said OK do your job then. This got this little guy fuming his face turn red, I saw smoke come out of his ears. I don't know if this guy had a bad night or watt, but he basically refused to help me because I told him to just do his job and walked out. as I started to walk out with my mom. The other finance manager Raven came to smooth things over. When I told him I was gonna write a bad review He called the manager Manuel. I told Manuel I just want to seal the deal and get this car from my mom so she has something comfortable to drive. I don't care if you guys knock off $5000 off the car. I'm still running a bad review. At that point, I saw the energy leave from his shoulders because there's nothing he could do to stop me. At the very end All they cared about was getting the deal signed. They didn't even APOLOGIZE or THANK us as we left with the car only the car salesman Eric did. They didn't even fill up the gas tank or do anything and good gesture to make up for the fact that they have a crap employee. They didn't even reprimand this guy five minutes later he was back at it closing another deal with other clients. He didn't even have time to cool off or gather his thoughts just right back to business getting as much money as they can that's all they care about except for Eric (he is only reason this review gets 2 stars). Raven, Manuel are all fake smiles. Martin is a scraggly unkempt middle aged man mad at the world for not being pleased with his life... Nissan at least you got a deal out of the situation!!!

I'd come back with a car to trade in if I have that opportunity again . The best customer service. Christina gave me a ride home when I sold my car to AutoNation and then returned later in the day to my house with my check. All managers were kind and professional. I got a good price for my trade in. So happy I chose AutoNation/ Nissan to do business with. Thank you Christina and Thank you AutoNation

Came in hopes of selling my car and made appointment based on the online quote. Upon visit they inspected car and no issues to my knowledge. Then when it was time to present offer they provided lowball offer. I took car to a competitor and was given $1000 more! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SELL YOUR CAR HERE!! STAY AWAY!!

I purchased a New Nissan here a few months ago. I originally went online for new cars in stock, then texted/emails from Carlito. Then I came into the location on W. Sahara and I met with Carlito. He was super nice, friendly, and helpful all the way through the process. Except for way too much haggling required with the finance department to get the price and interest rated I wanted... everything else here was a very good experience.

Caleb and Matthew are awesome. Been going here for years, they are very honest and reasonable. I had an issue with a service and Caleb made sure all issues were resolved and then some. Glad to see they care about customer experiences unlike other places!!!

AutoNation really treated me fairly when I went there to purchase my new vehicle. Gave me great value for my trade in and Carlito the salesperson went the extra yard to make the buying experience easier for me. I highly recommend AutoNation Nissan and Carlito

Cars have good prices and the sales department was great. Levi the manager will take care of you. Bought a used Infiniti here, the car keys had a problem and they took care of it. Appreciate it that very much.

Dealt with rude staff (James Gamble) just trying to get a certified appraisal/offer for my car. I've always submitted my info online with Autonation and received an email within 10-20 minutes with a check and offer on it, not ever needing to set foot inside for an in-person inspection. Not the case here. I'm selling a new car that's less than a year old and has less than 12k miles and is still in great condition, it's not like I'm selling a 10 year old car with over 100k miles on it and trying to dupe someone into buying it; which is how I was treated and spoken to by James Gamble. I was expecting the usual certified offer check in my email for simplicity so I can sell my car easy peasy when I return from out of town this weekend. Instead what I got was a string of catty emails starting with "our estimated offer is $xx," and demanding I bring the car in for an inspection in order to get "a better offer". Nowhere online does it say that I'm required to bring in my car to be inspected for an instant certified offer; and I let him know that. I reminded him I'm not selling today as I'm out of town, but will be selling within the next few days when I return; and would just like the official offer so I can compare with other buyers. I then was challenged and mocked for not being able to bring in the car, as if they think I'm a fraud. When really I'm just in Phoenix for a conference. For a final email, I get "I already told you the offer is $xx, what else do you need" No certified offer. Drama from a disrespectful "acquisition specialist." Wonder if he talks to all women this way. Gonna sell my car to Carmax. If you ever get assigned to James Gamble, just immediately ask for someone else if you insist on dealing with this dump at all.

We purchased a car from them in 2022 and it was a nightmare. From the start there were issues with them stating they had a car available, then stating they gave the car to someone else. We continued having issues getting the registration complete due to them not completing the paperwork in a timely manner. We had to wait almost a month to register the car.

Up until my last appt, we've spent over $6k on my car with the service department in the last two months. Brought my car in for a brake inspection. Nothing wrong w brakes but needed a new engine gasket. $800Got in my car to drive out... turned on air conditioning which y'all turned off. LOUD noise immediately started. Blowing hot air.How did you not find that when you test drove the car? I guarantee if you test drove the car, you would have heard it because it's too hot outside to drive w/o air conditioning.I immediately did a uturn and my husband and I went into the dealership. We spoke with the service manager over the phone who was a complete jerk and unprofessional. When I spoke about my unhappiness that they sent me off with an air conditioner that wasn't working (it was perfectly fine when it was dropped off that morning) he literally said "I don't appreciate being scolded". REALLY?! He was unprofessional to both my husband and especially me. That's how demeaning your service manager was to a woman. He took zero accountability and made excuses. There was no "I'm sorry about this. Let me see tomorrow where the breakdown was on our part" holding your team accountable. But instead, he gave us (especially me) attitude. He obviously does not respect women. The following day when my husband spoke to him, I was told the Service Manager was "nicer". That's not good enough. Had I picked up my car, I would have talked to the GM about what transpired. On a positive note, Maria is awesome. Great communication, professional and knowledgeable. We've been happy with her.

On July 5th my mother purchased a used Nissan 2021 Kicks with 17,000 miles or so. The price $21,000 and change. It's okay to make a fair profit on a deal but this place was borderline criminal in how they handled my elderly mother. And I'm sure it was all done with a smile! The only reason that I wasn't there with her to handle the deal is because I live in Chicago and she didn't tell me beforehand. My mother has excellent credit, 700-plus, and was given a 9.99% interest rate, with 84 months of payments. And that's after she put down $3,000 in cash, which was totally unnecessary! They took advantage of an elderly woman who was an uneducated car buyer! Shame on them! Shame on Serge, the salesperson, his sales manager and shame on the finance person! DO NOT give them your business!!!!!!!

I would have given this place 5 stars due to the hard work and great atmosphere of everyone here especially my Sales guy Carlito. The good vibes quickly ended with the finance guy who apparently got his feelings hurt due to me politely telling him I didn't want to hear his sales pitch for a warranty. The guy also told me if I ever come back to not bring cash.. What?? So are you gonna turn me away if I bring cash to purchase a vehicle?? That was a first but ok, I'll keep that in mind when it's time for me or a family member to purchase again. Thanks to everyone that helped me and did their job professionally Keep up the solid work and good karma will come back to you..

Recent visit to this incompetent repair shop was the last one ever.Andrew Andrews was the one that attempted to help us, or con us into purchasing a new battery at twice the regular price at any other retail store would charge. He stated that the battery was no good. We kept having to jump start it from time to time. It would work for a week then fail again. He talked us into replacing an unnecessary part which had nothing to do with the problem. We refused to purchase his 100% over priced battery and went to WalMart on Ft. Apache. The manager there IMMEDIATELY took notice that the battery was the incorrect one for this vehicle. It was suppose to be a non-acid battery, not the acid battery that had been wrongly installed by another Walmart employee earlier. Now why is it that that the so-called Nissan expert mechanic repair guy did not notice this, or did he and they chose to sell us a new battery for $388 if we would fall for there RIP OFF price. The regular price for a battery for this vehicle runs $169. Thanks to the expert managers experience at Walmart we no longer have any problems with it.BEWARE OF NISSAN WEST SHAHRA SERVICE DEPARTMENTRIPS OFFS, CON ARTISTS, ETC.This is why I avoid the dealer repair prices or visiting them for any reason. It took 6 hours for them to come to the FALSE conclusion that we needed a new battery.GOOD RIDDENS FOREVER NISSAN RIP OFF SERVICE DEPARTMENT

I purchased a Nissan Murano several years ago. They gave me a great value and sold me an extended vehicle warranty that saved me thousands of dollars! I actually had my transmission fail in California. The warranty paid to have my car towed to the nearest Nissan dealer and within a few days they had my transmission replaced and up and running again! I heartily recommend autonation Nissan for all of your vehicle needs. NOTE: Since that time, I have bought several pickup trucks from them as well! I am fully pleased with their sales, service and care.
