Service writer Devon goes above and beyond also in detail what needs to be done on your car. I was really impressed and thankful he is there educating and helping people that don't know much about all that needs to get done in the car world especially for someone like me. Well I'm A First Time Buyer Here, I've made a down payment and was told I'm waiting on service department to service the car. Now I am being told they have to order parts and car won't be ready for another week. I made the deposit on vehicle last week and still haven't drove or unlocked the vehicle. The sales team is great but the service team needs to be more into there work. Anything over 2k-10k is a lot of money not to be able to drive the same week.

The most unprofessional experience I have ever had in the process of cancelling a plan in their store & almost ever in poor communication and lies. I needed to get rid of my GAP a few days after purchasing a car form AutoNation East Honda Las Vegas. The person on the phone advised me to come in as it was the only process. this was further affirmed by the person I spoke with. Turns out they lied to me and wasted many many hours of my valuable time. It could be you if you shop here and need to make changes to your loan.They told me I couldn't process it unless I had an account number. I come back 2 days later when my account number lands in my email(keep in mind, they said I had to go in and sign), I ask to speak with any financial rep. many of which are walking around not helping anybody. The guy at the front desk insisted I wait for one particular person. The one that had already been helping me even though I didn't need her in particular and she had her hands full helping someone the entire 3 hours I was there. After every possible staff member walking past me for 3 hours, somebody finally came and gave me a phone number and said to call after business hours to cancel the plan. I was livid. They knew why I was there the entire time but did not even attempt to help, as it turns out. I am always very busy and limited on free time. To spend it there waiting for nothing was dreadful, disrespectful, and demeaning. I am a valued customer and deserve the same dignity as everybody there whether I was cancelling a plan or not. They may have been just trying to waste my time to coerce me into keeping the plan even further or something. That is terrible. I will be taking this to the higher ups for review. I want to ensure they don't do this horrible of a job with anybody else again. I will not be buying from here in the future.

ABSOLUTE SCAMER:!!! Never buy here or believe what they tell you. I bought a 5 year old 5 series I had a 90 day and I purchased a 4 year extended warranty for an extra$4000. I wanted to get it inspected by a third party but they assured me the car was completely inspected and checked out. With in 2 months and less than 1000 miles of driving the rotors, back breaks, both batteries,coolant expansion tank all failed. Some were covered but I was left with over $2000 plus $100 deductible to one thing that was covered just to drive my car again that had 2 warranties. I 100% got ripped off and scammed by this dealer. I spoke to the GM to see if they would work with me at all and he basically said I'm SOL too bad. DO NOT buy from this dealer!!!!!! One star is way too high of a review. There is simply no possible way they inspected properly and over 6 things have failed in about 1000 miles of driving.

We got stranded in Las Vegas due to our car breaking down. Best service ever!!Juan service advisor was helpful and made sure we had a driver to take us back to our hotel. Driver Gabe was excellent he made our rides pleasant!! He made our misfortune not be so bad. He is the best driver you could get!! Thanks for you help Gabe!! You deserve employee of the month.

We went to dealerships all over the valley for 2 days. Everyone here was super kind. Just coming from another Honda dealership that was on the douchey side, Carlo (in sales) was very relaxed and made us feel welcome. Granted we had our ducks in a row and knew our numbers. They didn't play any games. No market adjustment increase. The manager Bob was also easy to work with. Special mentions are Carlos in finance and Mhakela in service. I'm glad we did business with them. It was honestly the easiest car buying experience we've had.

We came to replace the battery . We sign and paid and when we get the car to drive home the car it was with the same old damage battery so we called the Honda guy and they said that they put the new battery at other Honda car that look the same as our car... so we wait for so long just to replace the battery.. they not even offered water or some kind of free stuff just to make ppl feel better ..

This is a review of two stores. I went to two different dealerships to buy a new Honda civic and I have to say there literally is no comparison between the two. Honda East treats you with respect and provides upfront numbers and no games. The other Honda dealer in Henderson never answered a single question honestly and I spent 3 hours there trying to get what they would sell me the car for and never got a straight answer. At Honda East, Eric the general manager as well as Gabriel our sales representative were excellent! I don't mind paying a little more for better service and a better experience, however I paid a very fair price and didn't have to give up either. Gabriel came in on his day off without me asking him and was incredibly easy to work with. I also want to thank Alex the finance director for making this so easy! If you want a good experience buying a car this team is the real deal!

My husband's 2014 Toyota Camry was broadsided in a casino parking garage and totaled. We were given a very fair replacement cost from our Traveler's Insurance, and went out car shopping. My husband had his heart set on getting a hybrid, so I did some on line research. The top brands for hybrids were Honda and Toyota. I first went alone to Findlay Toyota in Henderson. The salesmen were clustered around the parking lot like vultures, and I was approached as soon as I parked my car. I'm already on the defensive, but the salesman was pleasant enough. Bottom line, they had no new or used hybrid Toyota's for sale; however, we could "get on the list." I get it, but no thanks.Our next adventure was to AutoNation Honda to check out the Honda hybrids. I walked into the dealership, and was met by Johnny Molina. The dealership is spacious and modern...AND...the salespeople are not lurking in the parking lot! Johnny showed us several hybrids he had in stock, and we took two for test drives. Although we did not end up purchasing a Honda, (hubby eventually fell hard for a new hybrid Toyota Camry from Toyota of Las Vegas,) I can't say enough nice things about Johnny Molina and the dealership itself. If we had specifically been in the market for a Honda, we definitely would have bought there. Johnny even introduced me to one of his female managers, Jocelyn. SHOUT OUT!!

The Honda company sent me a notice to update the car system, and after the update, many of the car systems were broken. When I checked this error, they told me this is a system error. We will contact the company. I went 10 times to them, and it did not fix this problem. from this branchI advise not to maintain your car in this branch

Purchasing my car here was such a good experience. Staff and sales people were so friendly and didn't rush or push the sale .The only thing I don't have a good experience is the department service. The advisors (Mhakela Inguillo) wanted to charge me $165 for a recall on my honda. These advisors are commission hungry and will do anything to upsale and get extra money from people. Don't trust the service department. I went to the honda west location and they couldn't believe they were going to charge me for a recall when it's free.Do yourself a favor and don't come do your service here, especially with Advisor Mhakela Inguillo.

They recently remodeled their building and it is very nice and clean. A lot of space and even have refreshments and coffee available. Makayla helped me out today with my service, she was efficient and friendly and it eased my stress.

Well, I bought my Honda back in Dec. 2022 and it was now time for my 1st Oil Change.I dreaded going because Dealerships can be lengthy and unhelpful.WOW!!!This was a great, amazing experience.I booked my appt., online with an easy, easy link.I received confirmation in my email.I got there about 15 minutes early.They took me anyway!!!Not a mention, I was early.Robert was my Service Advisor and he was pleasant and helpful and explained everything.He suggested I could sit in their customer waiting area.I forgot I needed something small with a touch-up paint repair done from when I bought my car.I detoured Levi, who is actually their Sales Manager and he set EVERYTHING up for me, so quickly. And was so, so sweet and helpful.The Gen. Manager Eric, even came over to reassure me that the staff had my paint concern handled.(So cool of him???.)I helped myself to coffee and a Lil TV and within an hour Robert was back with me.Explained my paperwork. Confirmed my appt., for next week.And they washed my car.Loved my experience.They've totally built a new Showroom and Service area from when I was there 3 months ago.It's gorgeous.Great deal originally on my CRV and awesome follow-up!!!Carlo was my Sales guy and Carlos was my Finance guy.Carlos walked me through my warranties I purchased and slowly explained everything, ensuring I had clarity!!!

Great experience. I got the pleasure of working with Carlo. I sent him several emails and also text. He answered all my questions and had car ready when I arrived at the dealer. 23 CRV hybrid is great!!
