I normally don’t post reviews but felt that this store and Rayshawn Williams is particular are more than deserve it, I saw some negative reviews online and hoped I wouldn’t have the same experience, I didn’t, Rayshawn Williams was nice, patience, knowledgeable and helpful.
He explained me the difference between a boutique store to a dealer, showed me different options online and even offered to let me try his watch since I didn’t book an appointment and their policy is that you can’t try exhibition watches without an appointment.
They didn’t had the piece I wanted (43 mm Royal Oak off shore rose gold) but he is fimliar with Aspen from LA boutique that texted me a day before that she would probably be able to assist me with getting this watch within a few weeks and said really good things about this location and salespersons working there which made me feel very comfortable for when they are going to call me that they have the watch available.

Great store. Great people to work with. I have worked with Ryan and Julie for a few years. No hard core sales pitch and they want to sell you exactly what you want. Highly recommend to others.

Visited the Las Vegas Crystals Boutique and was greeted by a gentleman named Hakim who not only was very knowledgeable about the history of the brand but enthusiastic to establish a relationship with me to introduce me to the world of AP. Such a delight to not have to experience the pushy sales tactics but to engage with someone who was willing to work at my pace. Great work and will be back soon to start that relationship.

Had a relationship for 5 years and they are the worst! All 4 watches I purchased had to be sent to service in the first year and my 50th anniversary was broken in store when picked up. GM completely mistreated me horribly and lied to my face multiple times in store. Of all my relationships with other brands including RM and Rolex these guys are the biggest joke around! They don’t support watch collectors and all they care about is screwing the “little” guy. All the more expensive models are sold to flippers and watch dealers and for sale the next day (even 1 of 1s) and yet they make the little guy buy garbage to even get a decent watch. Brands a complete joke now! As seen in picture Chrono hand moves when not activated…. I bought it from them like this lol!

The best AD to build rapport with, to deal with, and to get your dream watch. I’ve been ti the store numerous times, and various other AP dealers across the world and this is the best one from my experience. I chose them as my AD and don’t regret it. Had an appointment recently with Tingting who is a delight to meet and talk to! She is very knowledgeable, honest, and works hard to get the watch you want whether it’s your first or your fifth. If it’s your first time, make sure you make an appointment in advance. I highly recommend dealing with Tingting!

Went in to purchase my first AP. Browsed while waiting for a sales member to free up, only for them to make rude comments about the TAG Mario Kart Tourbillion I was wearing. Walked out, went to Bucherer and bought something instead.

This store is special. Hakim invested a lot of time with me to understand the history and evolution of Audemars Piguet, experience the exhibition pieces, and to understand my preferences. I already look forward to my next visit!

The hubs and I LOVE this location. Located at the Crystals Shopping Center right next to Aria Hotel. Disclaimer: Make an appointment to try on any watches. The SA may not be available and the other staff may be there are just technicians and are not able to let you try them on because they're technically not sales associates. They're strict with that rule. Only SA's are allowed to show watches. If you do not have an AP or a relationship with AP, you most likely can't buy anything. Even if you can and have all the money to spend that moment. It's just like Rolex, Patek, and any other high end watch place. They will call you and tell you if they have a watch available if you are on the list. This is not a place where you can walk in and just look around. Since we had an appointment and a watch, we were greeted warmly. The kid and I were in a food coma from Din Tai Fung and sat on the couch to wait patiently. The hubs got the services he needed for his watch. The SA and watch technician were very accommodating, helpful, and kind. They gave us water, chocolates, and even offered the kid a purple AP hat. Customer service here is on point!!!

Store Hours posted were till 9 PM. Doors locked at 8:15 PM with a store full of 3 sales reps and no customers, telling me through the locked door that they were closed. Said the hours posted on Apple and Google Maps are wrong. Might want to reevaluate who you're choosing to represent your brand. Couldn't tell if I was at Audemars Piguet or Macy's.
