Andre he was so wonderful he helped me with my problem with my watch phone. He takes his time until he figures it out. Staff here is always friendly and helpful. Service is quick.

This is one of the worst stores I've ever visited. I went in a little upset because my phone came defective from the factory and AT&T and Samsung are both pointing fingers at each other. I came in very calmly to see if I could get some assistance from an AT&T store rep. Some nasty little weasel in this store immediately blows up on me because he said my only option was to pay my broken phone off, and then buy another phone, and I questioned him on the logic behind that. Worst customer service iver ever experienced. Rather than explaining to me the reasoning behind it, he just immediately blew up on me. I wouldn't recommend this store to my worst enemy. Go to the Centennial store. Way nicer, and way more willing to find a solution. Hopefully AT&T shuts this location down soon.

Gabriel hands down the best ATT repI’ve dealt with in a while. Two days earlier I went in to get a phone they guy blew off acting like I couldn’t pay it off and trade in. Two days later in came Gabriel who made my new phone dreams a reality! Thank you ?

Jazmin was so helpful during our visit. Even though we were there for over three hours she remained patient and willing to help me. I was contemplating leaving At&t with my 10 lines but with the amazing experience I plan on being a loyal customer. Thank you Jazmin for making memorable experience.

Anthony m. Zecchino at your N. Decatur and 215 location was an amazing rep for you guys. Super friendly, efficient, very smart, and knowledgeable about all products. Was very cut and clear with no secrets on my plan. He now Brought you guys a lot a business from myself and I will be recommending him to everyone I work with! Honestly never had a better experience with a cellular service! 10/10

Raul at 6436 N Decatur was amazing he helped me with an especially difficult plan change but never once seemed inconvenienced. He's excellent and gave a wonderful wow experience. He helped us beginning to end and I was able to keep my number which meant a lot to me. Thank you so much, he’s absolutely amazing!

This store does some really weird stuff. First time I went in there about 2 1/2 months ago and bought a new phone for myself and my daughter. Was told to bring back the old phone for a store credit of 700 on my Samsung. Went back when I got my new phone in the mail to have them transfer info from old to new phone. I also pointed out that the old phone has a few.hairline cracks on the screen. Thinking i would get less than the 700 credit he tells me i will get 800 credit when i bring it back. Had to take them both home so they could continue transferring info. So I go back today for the 3rd time to turn in the old phone but he says since I didn't bring it back within 30 days I don't get any credit for it. No one ever said anything about bringing it back within 30 days or I wouldn't get the 800 credit or I sure would have. He tells me it's worth 10 bucks. I didn't even ask him but it was like he just wanted to insult me. This salesman was totally no help at all. It was like talking to a robot. How can they go from 800 credit to 10 in just a month? Now my bill is 55 dollars a month higher. My brother in-law switched to T mobile and says it's a lot cheaper. Looks like I'm going to have to check. We've been with AT&T for a long time. Another 55 a month for something that was already costing a lot is not good. But I thought I could take my time turning in the old phone. If I would have known I would lose 800 bucks I would have taken it back the next day. It's also weird how they offer 700 credit and when I go back and now it has a cracked screen they offer 800.
