Horrible service very unpleasant customer care. Your response is a joke! It was not filled incorrectly by us. No was seeking legal help from you. I called so that you could redo the job that was done incorrectly on your end. You gave me the run around. Telling me to pay again for a job that was never done correctly in the first place. So why would I continue to play your game. when later that day the second form you “ notarized” was also flagged as done incorrectly. I simply went and took care of it at professional place. You should be embarrassed. What a shame

Highly Recommend!!! I was in a bind (and calling from another country on top of it)and needed a time-share cancellation request hand delivered immediately within Las Vegas and customer service rep Susan was awesome helping me!! Susan asked me to put together the documents and email her the specific details of what needed to be done. I emailed her all the documents including the instructions and she verbally confirmed my instructions and got the documents delivered with additional photos I had not thought of--- Susan needs a raise!!!! Thank you Susan and ASAP MAIL & COPY SERVICES!!!!

Great, the two young people who were there today, Thursday, January 12, 2023, seemed like very kind people to me. I called first and the young man who answered me was very generous and as soon as I arrived, the lady helped me, both of them were friendly and the price is great.

I decided to open a PO Box approximately around May/June. I paid 3 months, to the best of my knowledge I was not informed on if I'm past due that I can place it on hold, no fee but will have to pay for September and October so then I didn't want that. Based on the new information that I'm aware of, and I was not expecting the owner to be very disrespectful. She called as a " Courtesy ". My due date was 9/7/23 from what she has informed me and I didn't disagree... That would be after 3 months if its June that I opened the box. After some time the owner gets very annoyed, irritated and enforced declaring that is what I signed on the contract. After being confused, I simply just stated that I don't recall that. Her response was "well that's not true, it's on the contract that you signed and it was explained to". I kept getting interrupted or cutoff, and i started to feel harassed. All I wanted was to be spoken respectfully and come to a resolution. Instead she assumed I had questions if I'm not making a decision on what to do. She even stayed on the phone call I recorded that "what is it that you don't understand " "what are your questions that you want answered because I'm busy and have work to do"... I decided it was best to just let her talk and not cut her off. Instead of coming to an agreement after still giving an honest answer that I can't clarify or even remember, she hangs up. after 2 attempts she does not answer the phone. After careful consideration, I don't recommend coming here. I have loved coming her for my postal services... I have lived in Las Vegas for 18 years. This was my go to place. I just don't understand how a courtesy call would be so late.. I would have appreciated a call in September after the due date... she even assumed I'm trying to get free service.. I don't understand how that works when I can't even go to pick it up or pay for it.. that's why I decided to do the 3 months... I even told her that I would love to pay as long as their no accumulated fees. To allow me some time to be able to pay but that's not the case because they aren't lenient to that. I had never received such service.. they have no empathy for people who are going through hard times... It really disappoints me not being able pay but I shoul not have been spoken that way. I personally don't recommend this place if it's your first time. have a friend go with you or one of their clients. Ensure you don't get disrespected like I have. if you have questions, please ask someone else or family. Otherwise they may just get annoyed or irritated. I really didn't appreciate the tone she had, she raised her voice, had no empathy, rude and annoyed. If they do review this, Please have someone else handle the calls whose experience with customer service. Do not assume someone wants free service after they tell you they aren't financially stable. Respectfully offer to Close the box and look forward to doing buisness with them in the future. Do not allow them to sign until they know if they either hold or close the box, their mail will be ok hold for 6 months. no one should have to go through that and miss important mail they may receive. this affects them financially and obtaining late fees. If you will not be liable to delaying their mail then you should not offer a po box. do not let them sign the contrac. also do not issue keys anymore for a key that does not get used. $5 isn't worth it. Hopefully after my experience and review you will take into consideration more appropriate measures. be respectful, listen to your customers, and be patient.
