DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ALL I AM GOING TO SAY IS THAT THEY PICKED UP MY THINGS IN CA ON 6/30 THREE DAYS LATE. I MOVED TO NV THE SAME STATE THEY ARE IN AS NATIONAL PRO MOVERS. TODAY IS 8/4 AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY THINGS. NEED I SAY MORE. I HAVE FILED SEVERAL COMPLAINTS AND HOPING THIS WILL FINALLY GET ME MY THINGS. BEEN SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR ALL THIS TIME. MY THINGS WERE DELIVERED 2 MONTHS LATER BROKEN AND LOST ITEMS. HAD TO FILE A CLAIM WITH CSI (GREAT NAME) AND IT TOOK 120 DAY (4MONTHS) TO GET AN ANSWER WHICH I HAD TO CALL AND EMAIL THEM AND THEY SETTLED FOR $45 FOR MY LOST HEARD BOARD WITH WAS WORTH $150 AND BROKEN GLASS IN MY CURIO. WHAT AND INSULT TO ME. THERE IS NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND I AM HIGHLY SUGGESTING YOU PAY MORE AND HIRE SOMEONE WHO WILL TREAT YOU AND YOUR BELONGINGS THE RIGHT WAY. PS IF YOU CALL THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE THEY HAVE INFORMATION TO SHARE ABOUT HONEST MOVING COMPANIES. I WISH I HAD KNOW THIS EARLIER.

We hired Arrow Moving through a broker, American National...bad decision. We were assured by American National that they only recommended companies that National has worked with over the past 15 years, and that Arrow Moving only used employees that worked for Arrow Moving directly....not true. Arrow Moving and Storage hired day laborers for our move. The day that Arrow Moving was suppose to show to begin packing and initiate our move didn't happen. They showed up a week later, which costs us an additional $2,000, as we had to lease back our sold home from the new owner. Then, we were told that there was going to be an additional costs to the contracted price, which amounted to $7,000 added costs, as American National, according to Arrow Moving, underestimated the move. We were stuck, due to my husband's new employer schedule. American National also assured us, before we signed the contract, that our antique furniture, china, and all special items would be in good hands, as Arrow Moving was experienced with moving such items....not true. Arrow Moving hired non-skilled day laborers, which we did not know about until the day they showed up at our home in Denver. To top it off, Arrow Moving quit packing the trucks half way through the move, as there was not enough room for all our stuff. So, Arrow Moving took the packed trucks to storage, and we, while under the gun of time, had to find another way to pack our remaining furniture and transport it to Nevada. That venture costs us another $5,000. We rented a Uhaul, and had some great friends who spent almost two days packing. Our furniture in storage was held hostage until we paid a remaining balance of $6,700. Needless to say, when our furniture and household items arrived in Nevada, there was not one piece of furniture, seriously, not one that was not damaged or completely destroyed. We could not make a claim on most the damaged or missing items, as we signed the inventory paperwork when they finally delivered our items. We were told that we should have gone through everything before signing off. Our reply, "We had close to 800 boxes, and four bedrooms, a full basement, a two car garage, 2 bathrooms of furniture. The movers would have waited a few months for us to do inventory? The answer is no. We were so stressed from this experience that it made us physically ill. A tip: if some tells you that the person you have been working with had to go in for emergency surgery, or that their sister is in the hospital with delivery complications, or they had to go home due to an emergency with a child, it probably isn't true. We wish you the best of luck with your move.

This company is not a moving company, they subcontract the jobs for other companies to move. They subbed our move to Move Us To Relocation in Dallas. They were movers from hell. We had several items lost and several items damaged. We filed a claim and they offered us a measly $92. I wanted to buy replacement insurance and called the company Arrow suggested and was told that Arrow was not on their list of approved movers. I learned the hard way, do not go with the least expensive.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAMMERS!!!! They are the worst . They changed the price by 1300.00 and then told us that if we didn't pay it they would drop our stuff on the corner and we could figure out how to get it to our destination. Then the driver tried to up charge us 1000.00 extra dollars and if I didn't have the paperwork where I had already paid we would have been screwed. His exact words are that we were on his time now and we had to go and get cash before he would open the truck to unload our things. This whole organization and their outsourcing is a joke! They should all be arrested for fraud! DO NOT HIRE INTERNATIONAL MOVING AND STORAGE IN BOCA RATON FLORIDA! If you do they will have Arrow Moving and Storage do your pickup and delivery. Their office isn't even located at the address on the letterhead. I know because I went to the address. BEWARE!!!!

I went to the office and they gave, wrong websites to make the complaint, they didn't accept my calls, they didn't do anything. I made the request with CSI after I filled out a lot paper and sent the proof of all this things they gave a minimum compensation for all the damages. Scammers !!!! Liars!!!!!! And yes they are not only awful people from beginning to end , they are relentless. Don't and I mean don't trust their "quote"!!!! It's alllllll lies and deceit. They showed up at 9pm at night with flip flops on and started raising the price by hundreds. I was moving out of state and not only did I have to delay my move, I had a complete nervous breakdown because I sent them home and had to obtain new movers. I didn't get my deposit back and they basically laughed at me .. they should be shut down!!!!!

scammers!!!!! if your doing business with this company just know they are the largest scammers on the west coast for moving or relocation. you have been warned...check out their business name on google as it has been changed several times for a reason. i have filed with the ag of nv to look into this companies practices as they will never give you a straight answer and try to hold your items for hostage. big scammers and liars. you have been warned if you use them get out your wallet and grease. they will entice you with a great price--don't belive it as you will pay triple or more. buyer beware should be all over the internet and billboards about this company. they will not show up on time and will lie and cheat at any cost. not sure how the people who work there sleep at night. this post will get many more miles than their trucks.

Beware!!! Horrible moving company!!! They sent a wrong size truck to pickup our personal belongings. Came back 5 days later with the proper size truck. Then we waited a week. No communications from the company. We, the clients had to call only to find they could not deliver because of a truck breakdown. This went on for three weeks. No communication from the movers, and upon our calling, their standard excuse was a truck broken down or unavailable. Finally the company called saying a truck was bringing our items. Took another week for it to arrive. This was four weeks after our belongs were initially picked up.This company used a private contractor for our delivery. Truck was too big to get up my driveway, so at an additional cost of hundreds of dollars out of pocket, they rented a shuttle truck to complete the delivery. Boxes were found crushed , three plastic totes were cracked and two antique pieces of furniture found damaged. You get what you pay for. Low cost, doesn't always mean quality service. Wish I would have done my research before signing a contract with Arrow Movers. Upon researching this company, I found numerous complaints filed against this company with the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and numerous negative reviews on Yelp. How is this company still in business is a mystery. Do your research and do not hire this company. Pay a few dollars more and get a reputable Moving company.

No stars if i could. Beware! These liars promised timely pickup and took a $795 deposit from us. They then no showed several times and continued to push our date out past what we could wait for. They had no problem keeping our deposit after not performing the service on the dates we requested. Arrow, return my deposit and I will update this site. Until then you are thieves and liars in my book. Karma will be hard on you.

They ruined my daughters dresser. It was worth $1,500. And did not pay the claim. I didn't do the declared value, but no one explained that to me. They delivered it when it was 30 below in Chicago. So it cracked in all the joints. Driver yelled at my daughter. Never use this company.

BEWARE!!!BEWARE!!! This moving company is horrible!!! They lie and do not deliver what they promise. We had a set date for this company to pickup are things to move cross country from Texas to Virginia. They did not get In Touch with me that the person you who made the arrangements messed up the dates. The day before they were to come to our home for pickup I received a call saying they put the wrong dates down and could not come until days later. I explained to them that this would not work. The person than passed me off to someone else. This person was horrible also and proceeded to try to get me to move the pickup day ... I explained to him also that this would not work. That we had to be in Virginia before this. I canceled the move with them and than had to scramble to find a new moving company. I lost almost $800 for nothing. I called numerous times asking for a refund. They would just pass me off person to person. I called my bank and started a dispute.., they than lied to my bank and sent false informational them.

These people are know exactly what they are doing. They know it takes a lot to get federal agencies involved. If you use them, please file with the following agencies. They need to be investigated and stopped!
