I could not be more impressed with Aroma Retail. I first heard about them through a Facebook post when my wife and I were looking for scents for our home. We found out they had a retail location not too far from us, so we decided to check it out.
I originally went in expecting to buy the Mandalay Bay resort scent, since we’ve always loved that fragrance. Half-jokingly, I told the gal behind the counter that we especially loved the fragrance of a resort we once stayed at in Punta Cana. To my surprise, she typed a few things into her computer and then pulled out the exact fragrance from our Punta Cana resort. Beyond impressive!
She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, walking us through a wide range of scents and explaining how everything worked. She really took the time to make sure we left with all the information we needed. I only wish I had gotten her name, because she absolutely deserves a raise.
Once we got home, everything worked exactly as promised, and we’re already planning on going back for replacement scents. Aroma Retail exceeded every expectation, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to bring resort-quality fragrances into their home.

OMG! I love this place. First, saw it on the news and thought I wanted my house to smell like my favorite casino. Every time I go, I always feel as if I am the most important customer in the shop. Everyone takes their time to make sure the scent you go home with is what you truly enjoy. I just bought their biggest bundle and now everywhere I go it smells fresh and clean. My husband loves the one I got for his truck. Spoiler alert. They have an amazing fall and Christmas coming out soon. This place really is a must go.

We purchased a professional aroma retail a couple years ago. Not only do they leak but are extremely loud while diffusing. We just tossed it recently and I was just informed I should’ve contacted the company, because there’s a “lifetime guarantee” on their products. That’s weird…because there never was a so called lifetime guarantee the last time I checked. Extremely disappointed and total waste of money.

Usually order online but decided to go in store. Everyone was incredibly helpful and sweet and their customer service (from experience ordering online) is always fantastic. Highly recommend their products and love supporting a fellow women owned business!

I own 6 of there products.
Positive, the scents are great and I love them.
Negative out of 5 of the big machines 3 has stopped working or the bottle came apart inside it. The small office /car diffuser works in a super small compacity. Sometimes it sprays out others it seems to trickle out.
Now the new scent bottles are smaller than the original. The way I know this I had a different diffuser and it to 2 small bottles to fill up. Now it takes 3. So the different shape is a scam. Sorry I loved you guys I have contacted you about the items and they were a year out of it's warranty. You tried to help Wich I appreciate I have all 6 in my businesses I own. And when it worked the customers loved the smell of the place. But stuff is getting way to expensive to keep purchasing it.

We had an incredible experience at Aroma Retail in Las Vegas! Even though we got stuck in traffic and arrived just before closing, the team graciously stayed an extra 30 minutes to help us explore every scent we were interested in. They went above and beyond—filling our order on the spot and even preparing custom-labeled bottles for us. We were treated like family from the moment we walked in. The culture of this company truly shines. Tracy, Sloane, and Luisa deserve gold stars. Exceptional service and unforgettable hospitality!

My wife an I absolutely love our Aroma Retail travel scent machines. We have 4 of them, and we recently purchased one for our son as a housewarming gift. We are fans of the M Resort smell...however, the White Tea and Fig scent from Aroma Retail is just a little off from the actual M Resort. I have brought it up to the specialists at Aroma Retail and they will be looking into it soon. Are we unhappy that the scent didn't quite match? Absolutely NOT! White Tea and Fig is a wonderful scent, but we also have Coffee Shop, Coffee Ice Cream Waffle Cone, and Seduction (Venetian before 2015). We also have spray scents Sun and Sand, Linq A, Kai Jasmine, and Black Tea and Fig. We love all of them so far and can't wait to try others! I hope you enjoy your Aroma Retail as much as we have.

Amazing experience – ask for Tracy!
I had such a wonderful experience at Aroma Retail in Las Vegas. Tracy was incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient. She took the time to let us sample a wide variety of scents and helped us explore the perfect fragrance without ever rushing us. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does and cares about making sure customers leave happy. The store itself is beautiful and the scent selection is luxurious and unique. If you’re in Vegas, this spot is a must-visit — and be sure to ask for Tracy!

Absolutely love this place!
I had such a great experience at Aroma Retail here in Vegas. The lady who helped us was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She let us try a variety of scents and never made us feel rushed. You can tell she truly enjoys helping people find the perfect fragrance. The selection is amazing — luxurious, unique, and perfect for creating that signature scent or elevating your space. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. The customer service alone makes it worth it!
