I am a little surprised by the negative comments, as the customer service at this store has never been less than superb. The managers, J.P. and Jazmine, set notable examples of amazing work ethics by being accessible, patient, fair, and responsive. The salespeople are always welcoming but do not "overdo it" – by that I mean they leave me to my business but ready to help when I make eye-contact. My favorite salesperson is Jenny who, in addition to product knowledge, has a background in textile technology; her insight on fabric construction and advice on how a piece may perform over time have proven invaluable.As for the products, there is always a wide selection to browse through. I usually make a beeline for the jackets as a good Armani piece will never look dated. My favorite Armani brand is the Emporio because it retains Giorgio’s classic style while, oftentimes, adding some refreshing twists. Ever since the Emporio retail shop in town closed its door, this outlet store has been my go-to place. Luckily for me, there are typically plenty of Emporio pieces in stock, and it’s a real steal to get them when the store is running a promotion.Been there twice this past week ? Highly recommend.

Absolutely disgusting store. Not because of the products but because of the useless store sales agents. Was there on 31st august 2023 to be specific. Went straight to the footwear section where I noticed one agent trying to hide away. When I called for assistance - he came reluctantly. I asked for size for a particular shoe - he said ‘no one is here, you have to wait’. I waited for over 20 minutes and this jackass was just loafing around doing absolutely nothing. When I asked another agent - what happened to the shoe, this idiot went in and grabbed the shoe in less than a minute after that and shamelessly declared ‘i was busy’. Attention to the store manager & Armani team - The agent’s name is Angel. Is there anything u can do to throw out this kind of rude, useless agents who do nothing but Damage a brand’s name ?I walked out without buying anything for this store. While this may not be a great loss for u - remember - this kind of mannerless agents can cost you way more than just a pair of shoes over the period. This is just so not acceptable.Do u validate ur workers ? Do u check what they r upto? Do u check and review ur daily sales and customer satisfaction? I wish I could rate this particular experience minus 5. What a waste.

They try to scam you at the Armani store. On the rack with the label 70% off I found a pair of jeans , when I was ready to pay the clerk at the checkout said they were only 40% off and she does not know how they got on the rack with the label 70% off. when I decided not to buy the clerk put them back on the rack with the label 70% off.

Terrible. Some sales associates were welcoming but one in particular, an Asian woman was watching my husband and I like a Hawk. We are melanated people. I went to the bags to check them out, I TOUCHED A BAG and she RAN like a track star to stop me. I'm literally $10. short of a millionaire and she acted like me simply TOUCHING the bag I entire store would have collapsed. Spend your money elsewhere.

I couldn't believe how this particular store operations is still in business. I visited an actual Emporio Armani store with impeccable customer service, but with an Armani Store Outlet, worst client service experience I've had. Both the Male Employees stuck there nose up high, no greetings, rudely walked passed me and said excuse me. All other customers that came in also was not greeted. It was like they were disappointed as if they were workers that got demoted working at an outlet and want to run the business out. I'm sure Mr. Armani would of fired all of them if it was undercover boss. Retrain those employees or time to find a different job I suggest. I have reported this store location to Corporate to help improve customer experience and voice my concerns about the 2 male employees there.

Manager Serena and sales associate Isaiah went out of their way to deliver an exceptional guest experience. I was treated equally if not better than when I visited their boutique stores. One of my best shopping experiences to date. I appreciate their dedication to excellence!

I went shopping here with my husband and baby , we walk in like regulars with our masks, I was with my baby stroller, as we walk in the girl that worked there comes up to us and says we have a policy that ALL customer must wear a mask, wait... are you talking about my 3 Month old baby?? She said she yes ALL customers, WTH, I'm suppose to put a mask on my 3 month old baby? I'm thinking is this legal I can choke my baby. They would let us shop there cause my baby wasn't wearing a mask. Someone sue these people....

Bad customer service at store today at half hours ago. one lady who can speak Chinese . I just been in store trying to take some pictures send it to my friend. Not enough 5 minutes and her come to talk to me how long I should be done. The still have customer wait outside. It’s so rude . So she want me to buy something in 5 minutes and quickly get out of the store ? her let me feel not welcome and bad service. No smile no good attitude. The company pay the higher salary to you is wanna make a sale , but she push customers away. I gonna go to hugo boss nearby is better than Armani.

Stop in this store because I wanted a new shoulder bag. From the moment my & I walked in. Negative vibes. I honestly NEVER have felt this way going to a store. I felt extremely profiled. I asked a sales man about a bag & when I wanted to look at other ones. I asked him the cost. He stated the cost as if I couldn't afford it. I stood on the sales floor with 2 bags in my hand. I wanted to get my daughters opinion yet she was looking around at things. I honestly was afraid to even move. Several sales associates were following me & watching me. The sales associate that gave me the bags had to tell me that it was ok for me to move. When I did. I went around a corner & low & behold a group of store associates were watching me & began to come my direction. I turned around & went the other way. At the end of the day. I NEVER want to feel that way. NO ONE should EVER have to deal with this & feel like this. I will NEVER come back to this store. No matter the color , gender or anything. A place of business should NOT make someone feel this way. Nor treat them this way. Thank you

Was helped by a young lady named Jada. She was by far one of the best sales person I have ever encountered. She was helpful beyond expectation and extremely pleasant showing sincere excitement with me for my jacket and she helped my husband with several pants finding the right fit. A five star experience because of Jada.

The first time I bought this brand's products, it was really disappointing. The quality was so poor that the color faded after the first wash. There is no reason why all products are not returned. I suggest you don't shop here.

The store manager has no business managing the store, rude with employee and customers. She was constantly micromanaging the employees.This store use to have professional customer service. Now its bad manager and less experienced staff.

I like this Armani Exchange mainly due to there large selection of sale items. Usually I only buy the more plain dressy shirts from AX since I can wear them from season to season and they can go from business casual to a casual night out look. The lady who helped me was very helpful without constantly being behind my back, and the store was very clean and had a good amount of sizes.
