Worst customer service. Second day in a row I've gone there to get gas for 2 different vehicles. Both times were around 7pm. Both times I went to go wash my windows and Both times the buckets were dry as a bone. The first time the guy behind the counter actually told his coworker to get some of the cleaner from the back and at least shecame out with a cup of water with a cleaning packet dumped in it. Good enough. The second time, the manager or assistant manager told me she had no cleaner for the buckets so I asked her for at least some water. She just replied" I have nothing for them" I asked her " you don't have any water?" To which she just said no. Typical lazy bitch stuff. She and I both know there was an employee bathroom, with a sink that she could have gotten some from. But no she wouldn't move her lazy ass to help anybody. That's why it's vegas is the worst state in terms of customer service. The worst! None of the business owners or their employees give a shit about anything, much less a paying customer. It's like everyone who lives here goes out of their way to show you how much they don't care about customer service. I've lived here for 10 years now and it's always been the same. The first day we were here we went to Walmart and our cashier never once even looked at us, never mentioned a word, and set my change on the counter, all without looking up. I know I could waste my time calling arco's corporate office but really, what for? Would anything change? Would they call the station to tell them to make sure there is water in the window washing buckets? I hardly think so. If I got to talk to an actual person all they would say is" well first of all sir I wanted to apologize for th way you were treated, I want you to know that's not our policy and we will be speaking with them about the situation and we thank you for your business" then they would hang up and that would be it. So what's the use? Customer service in this world is a thing of the past

Super busy. Need to fix card readers at pumps. Other than that they're great. This Arco has been my go to place for gas for many years.

Their restroom was very dirty and had no toliet paper, and the person working their sounded rude.
