I accidentally locked the car keys inside the car with my phone and my belongings inside. The store manager has been super kind and helpful, in leaving his cell phone for half an hour to call the car service and sort out my problem, which made me catching my flight to Paris, despite the inconvenience. He has made my day, and I am very thankful to him. Daniele
