We buy gasoline and drinks at the station every time we go to Las Vegas. This time we, as cash-paying customers, were refused access to the men's room. Some excuse about non-customers and homeless persons ensued-neither description fits our family.Message to Arco:Very disappointed by poor excuse for customer service.

Very rude and disrespectful. One of the guys questioned my friend on what he had in his pockets. Then refused service when he was the one who was rude and inappropriate.
