The doctors are wonderful and the techs and front desk staff are too!! My favorite vet office. Especially if you need compassionate euthanasia service for your fur baby. They are the best!

I have been here multiple times with my animals and they have been amazing every time. So caring and loving no matter how positive or negative the situation. I know beyond a shadow of doubt my pets are in the best hands in an emergency!

I can’t sing their praises enough. At 4am, we had to take our dog Jodie of 17 years in to say goodbye. My husband is deathly allergic to cats, so he was not able to come in. The nurse saw the look on my husband’s face as we got to the door and asked the doctor if he could do the procedure outside so my husband could be there. They did. I can’t think of a bigger act of compassion in my lifetime than what this hospital and their staff did for us that morning. It brings me to tears again. The doctor sent us a handwritten card, a picture and clay imprint of Jodie’s paw, and a few other things. Bring your fur babies here.

We had to take our Brimley on an early Sunday morning as he had trouble breathing though his nose. Dr. Vriend took a look at him and recommended he get a CT Scan at another nearby hospital. He was compassionate and thorough regarding his treatment options given his age (almost 17) and the potential cancer in his sinus.
We took his extensive report to the other hospital and they agreed with his assessment. We had to make the emotionally difficult decision to give him the soft goodbye. While we are still mourning, I am thankful that Animal Emergency Center of Las Vegas and Henderson were able to provide care for him at the time.
I know you never see pet parents at their best being an Animal ER and I appreciate the way we were treated when we were there. It's such a selfless role but it's for the greater good. Thanks again everyone for the service your provide pet parents.

In the case of this emergency , which it was and was quite sad- I was thankful there was a hospital open late on a weekend . I know there aren’t many so I was grateful. I hardly review any establishment and I won’t go into details about the emergency but I can say that the front desk ladies were quite rude and untactful. It very hard to find proper vet facilities that don’t play on your emotions by being less that pleasant. They did offer solutions though and they got the emergency handled. I wouldn’t be coming back unless for a dire emergency and they were the only hospital open.

Last week we rushed our dog to this facility because she unexpectedly collapsed. Long story short- cancer. The amount of compassion and empathy shown to us in our sweet dogs last moments will never be forgotten. They explained everything to us and what was going to happen as she was put to sleep. The staff cared, you could see it and feel it. We are so grateful for them. I highly recommend them for your pets end of life needs. You won’t regret it. We left knowing they did everything they could and she didn’t suffer. Thank you Tomas, Calen, Dr. Joel Farnsworth and the receptionist (I didn’t catch her name). May all the animals passed look down and know you’re the good ones. ?? Rest Easy T

I took my boy Louie last night to the facility. We were there from 12am-2:30am which is completely acceptable. There were far greater emergencies coming in while we were there. But none the less the doctors and staff identified that Louie was coming close to developing pneumonia. This was missed by my primary vet and all that needed to be done was an xray and blood work to figure it out, especially since his lungs sounded fine. He’s now on antibiotics and acting like himself again. This morning i was being way too paranoid because Louie was acting like a zombie which freaked me out. But the doctors and staff kept taking my calls and assured me we are good. They weren’t wrong. Louie has been sleeping, his cough had gone down a lot with the antibiotics. And tonight, we are all good sleep like champions. Sleep deprived champions

Called about my very sick senior cat but they were closed. I didn't realize they didn't open until 6 PM. I left a message and I am giving them 5 stars because they actually called me back that night. I didn't go to them because I found a vet to look at my cat before they opened. I discovered a lot of business's in Vegas do not return calls ( you had to keep calling them) so was very pleased with them calling and showing concern for my pet.

Hours on their website says 6pm to 8am. My cat had an emergency so I called them as I was walking out the door around 4:30am. The answered the phone and told me sorry, we are getting ready to close soon. REALLY? If you post hours, please work them. They added a whole lot of extra stress to my day. I had their number stored in my phone for just this type of issue. After hours emergency! lets hope my little girl survives this ordeal.

We had to take our dear Peggy in to be put to sleep. We received nothing but compassionate care to even the doctor was in tears. There is nothing bad to say about this place. If in need, I am bringing all of my animals here for emergency care.

Visiting from Texas and our beloved family pet got real sick and we had to let him go. The staff were AWESOME. They showed the utmost compassion and treated him with love and respect. We were able to spend as much time with him as needed and were never rushed. This clinic is highly recommended.

Had to put my old man down here. It was a bittersweet moment. He was gone, but he didn’t have to suffer anymore. The staff did an excellent job with every aspect during my visit from initial entry, medical diagnostic, consultation, euthanasia, and clean up. A cremation service was offered, and a memorial package was supplied within a week. Thanks for everything.
