I get it, people have fake IDs and whatever. But I’m socially awkward, and I just tried purchasing some alcoholic beverages. Had a long day today, and I was really looking forward to those drinks. I gave the gentleman, my ID, and he started quizzing me on it. I thought he was joking, he said the picture doesn’t look like me, which I thought was funny, and then he told me to take my glasses off, which I thought was even weirder, but I did anyway. and then asked me what the height was on the card. Like I said, I get it that people make fake IDs, but I don’t think this should be a standard practice. Either way I took my business elsewhere, I didn’t even bother going back to get his name but he’s an older white gentleman with white hair.

Hello I love the service I received this gas stations. But I have an issue and it's not too big. You started a cookie franchise made and baked by AMPM employees. And they are delicious. To me one of the best cookies I've ever had. But for some reason the employees hard not baking them 24 hours a day they're cutting the process to once a day please make these cookies presentable all hours of the day they sale great. $food for thought ?

I work here and the the lady that wrote the comment below must be confused with another store. There isn't an old black lady or anyone with tattoos on their chest that have worked here the entire 6 months I've been here. So it would be cool if people got the location right.

They took money off my card and told me they voided the transaction the old black lady and the young black lady with tattoos on her chest. They need better training playing with people money. Going to tell me I need to wait on my money I deff will be going to seven eleven till this establishment get better workers. This is a shame this is a pandemic and you got people that don’t want to work. Get it together as this isn’t the only time this has happen to me.

Came in on 3/26/2019 5am dont know who the cashier was since he didnt have a name tag on. An older black man. I came in for a black and mild and had a gift card with .46 cents i was trying to drain. I simply asked if he could charge just the .46 cents to the gift card and he told he didnt understand and why i wouldnt just find something else for .46 cents. I just wanted a black mild! I told him i would ask Adrian next time i saw him, cause he would probably know how. He got offended and started waving his arms around and asking if i was going to “tell on him†to Adrian then threatened to decline service to me. When i walked out the store he continued to shout things like “dont come back in MY storeâ€. I live across the street at brookestone apartments and im a frequent customer. Ive never had a cashier behave the way this man did. The only reason ill return is because Adrian is awesome employee and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this store finds more employees like Adrian. Very disappointed with level of service from this employee. Acting as if i was the one who was irate. Someone should watch surveillance to see that HE was the one that got all worked up for no reason!

The ampm on lamb and Bonanza is crap. The crackhead clerk tried to fight me. She was the black woman working there at 10:30 am on January 2, 2019. That lady chased me out of the store. I've never seen an employee behave behave in such a disturbing way. She's a liability and should be fired before she hurts someone.

I only had the change that was in my purse and car to put gas in my car. I was feeling embarrassed because some places don't want to take $12 in change. Adrian and i the other cashier (i forgot her name) made me feel very welcomed. He took my change with no with no problem and said they needed change. This turned an embarrassing situation for me into a postive experience tonight. I thank them for not making me feel uncomfortable.

Disrespectful employees White privileged short fat employee always making unnecessary comments. Always hiring new people that don't know how to do their jobs right, dirty sticky fountain station, ice never restocked Just poor excuse of an ampm .

Rude and disrespectful employees beggars on lot. I am a Marine Corps veteran. I have a service dog for PTSD. I was told that by the clerk that my service dog was not allowed. When I informed her that she's a service animal. I was told that the store wouldn't provide me service. On a side note, I had 4 people beg me for money going in and out of the store.
