Wonderful place to stop. If the restrooms wasn't always broken or just out of service. Great way to bring repeat customer. Customer service, the ability to anticipate your customers movement seems below par. Good luck

I went there for gas paid for it I told the guy behind counter the wrong pump number as I was walking out the door I realized the number was wrong and turned around and told him the correct pump he said he would take care of it and when I went to pump gas it wouldn't give me gas! 5 times I went back in and said something ..he said it wasn't his problem I said what do you mean ? He became rude and said someone else had pumped my gas at another pump..I said I told you the correct pump when I realized it..he went on and on saying not his problem ..this is wrong and the guy seemed like he was prob just taking my money for himself ..nothing has been done I haven't received my money back or the gas I paid for! Very unprofessional service cashier and beware of them ripping people off

I am a rideshare driver. so we periodically have to stop to refuel go to the restroom and maybe get some coffee. I have the ampm rewards so I tried to find an AMPM if I can. I get so tired of when I go to places like this and then they tell you they close their bathroom at night time. this one isn't even downtown or near the strip where some people use that excuse because of the homeless. it's super irritating. I'm not going to spend my money at your establishment if I can't even go to the restroom while I'm there. I've never seen anything like this except in Las vegas. I usually have to go out of my way to find a Mavericks because they're bathrooms are always open.

I am a customer who spends the whole night looking for a coffee... an older man on the night shift closes from 11:45 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. for cleaning, that's what I understand... but sometimes it's 11:35 p.m. and it's closed... I asked him why he closes earlier and he started talking very aggressively.

Poor service. Overcharged for product and staff refused to correct the issue. Manager doesn't answer the phone and the corporate number makes you leave a message.

My Favorite Gas Station on Rainbow Blvd and West Charleston AMPM all the gas pumps are in a wide area not like some others the Gas Pumps are extremely in Tight areas.

This place always has food, but service is pretty trash! Had to pay the debit fee twice because “they don’t like us to add anything on after we say that’s all”. Was also told to push the green button to avoid the debit fee, but that charges me an extra 10 cents a gallon

So inconsistent!!! I understand needing to reset for the day, but everyday the time frame changes. Sometimes they are closed for 30 minutes, today an hour an 10 minutes. Ridiculous!!!!!!

I give it 1 star because of the old guy you employ to work graveyard. I believe he is actively sabotaging your business. I do rideshare during graveyard hours and every time he is there, there is always something wrong.

I love this stop for the fast morning coffee, and breakfast that isn’t overpriced. You can get a coffee and breakfast sandwich for only $5.The cheeseburger is always hot and good. Plenty of toppings to choose from. There is a huge selection of snacks like any convenience gas station.I like how easy it is to get out of the station also, a lot of places it’s difficult because of traffic.

how is it 2 days in a row You go into this establishment and you have a gentleman and a woman and neither one of them know how to work their cash register! I was told that they don't know how to work it to make it to go to credit. How would you have someone working at your store that does not know how to properly work a machine. it's either one or two things you need to get younger people to know what they're doing or you need to train the older people that you have there that makes no sense Make your people late for work because of the fact that the end of the day you don't know what you're doing other than how to mop a floor and restock shelves or make coffee That's all you know how to do I guess now I see why they make minimum wage.
