When I was the Store Manager of this Site I have to say this Site was extremely clean, and my staff was extremely nice to all our guests. I am so sorry Robert that you experienced this at this particular site. This would not be happening if I was still there.

I wouldn’t have given this place one star if I could have avoided it. It’s dirty and most importantly how do you not have coffee at 9:00am?? This is like this every week when I go to the doctors next door. Just doesn’t make any sense to me.

They need to be investigated. They're always locking the door.. Hiding in the back. If they're using the restroom they are taking way too much time. If they go and break, they're locking the door and they're taking way too much time during their breaks..This is not a 24 hour place. It's supposed to be, but it is not..And somehow they're getting away with this.

Horrible service, there's a 15 minites break sign on the front door and it is locked. It's only 3:20 pm on a tuesday. Is there a manager in charge of this place?

Don't even bother going to this gas station because they are not open 24 hrs as advertised. This is the closest one to my house, so I do try to go here all the time, but I can go here several different times a week, no matter what time of the day or night, and they will just decide to lock the doors and not let anybody in a lot of the time. Sometimes there will be a sign as to why they're closed. Other times there isn't. What I don't understand is if they put up a sign that says no gas, why they can't sell anything else inside the store. And if you're just gonna lock your doors and not let anyone in for any reason, then turn your lights off to where people don't stop thinking you're open for business. Also a good majority the time the clerks have a stank attitude and are always on their personal phones on personal phone calls and act as if you're disturbing them when you need them to ring up something for you.

Y'all need to put receipt paper at the pumps I been going to this store for gas all the time cause it convenient for me and I want my receipt when I'm done pumping my gas

Rudest cashier ever!!!! Didn’t say anything when I walked in and said hello took her sweet time to walk around the counter didn’t say one word was very rude the entire time and she was wearing flip flops will not go there again!!! Hope they get better cashiers and proper training im not one to leave complaints but the owner should know how horrible their employees are acting!!!

If I could I would rate this AMPM 0 stars. I went in for a little muchos snack at 7pm. There was food in the hot food tray that said best by 4:00pm.I asked the register lady- does this really say 4pm?She stated yes. After that she just stared at me. Saying nothing.I asked her if she could then throw it away.The lack of care or concern and no apology for lack of care of work ethic makes me not want to ever stop here again.Store is gross.

Gas pumps are super slow and you have to press the handle in to pump. Not good when it's 114 out. I left after $5 and went somewhere else. Place sucks.

Wow, I have never seen any business get so many 1 star reviews. Fortunately, I didnt have the same experience as everyone else who wrote a review. It was simply an average visit. They do not go the extra mile in terms of having good service or a nice looking store. They were not bad either, though. Would I return? Probably not. If I had read all those other reviews before dropping by, I never would have stopped in.

Back in September, I walked over here from Gen Korean after dinner to grab some drinks for my mini fridge in my hotel room. I was able to get a couple 2 liter sodas and a couple 1 liter waters. The cashier was nice and easygoing. Gas station is your average Arco with the mini market. It was decent and no bums at the time I stopped in around 9pm or ghetto element. I was just visiting Vegas as I do a couple times a year. This Arco is just fine.
