Dude who works the counter on Tuesdays is rude and inconsiderate. I asked for cash back and he said man I just walked in the door. Is that my problem? I’d give 0 stars if possible.

Often closed during late hours for long periods of time, not just for reasonable short term maintenance tasks, but instead it's just very long and often, not sure reasons why, speculate

Staff is friendly and they have been accommodating. My problem is the business itself. Been there multiple times between 6pm and midnight and they have been closed. have a line trying to open the door with no notice they’d be closed.

The cashier is horrible, 2am with 3 separate customers at the door he decided he did not want to serve anybody and hid in the corner. This is still a 24hr location

Nichole was rude for no reason at all. Just asked a simple question started huffin and puffin and some other customer offered to help me out and she just started raising her voice towards him and me and being rude. Definitely needs trading on what customer service is.

I wish I could find something positive about this ARCO/AMPM store located at 9155 Rainbow Blvd. and Blue Diamond Rd. However, I just can't come up with anything that would cause me to add an extra star. It is the highest-priced ARCO station anywhere in Las Vegas. The store attendants are unpleasant and even ignore you when you're trying to pay for gas. Their current $2.49 price for regular gas is (for months) at a minimum of $0.16 to $0.20 higher than most other ARCO stations throughout Las Vegas. I assume they're merely going off the opinion that customers will compare their price with Terribles Chevron across the street, which used to be $0.30 higher, but now is only $0.20, and use them. A wrong assumption since people do see the lower ARCO prices around town and will not appreciate what this ARCO is charging. I never see many cars in the station at all. Well, I'll give them an extra star because they are open 24/7 and because I hope they read this and I see a drop of at least a few cents in the coming days to acknowledge that people do see what they're doing.

I don't understand? Numerous times I come to this gas station well within what people would consider "business hours" and someone has tied the door with string with a note saying closed... maybe it's time to hire to some employees so this isn't an issue anymore. Hope to see some kind of change...

This location is fairly new, so the pumps and facilities are pretty nice and in good condition. The area it's located doesn't have much very close by, but it is a quickly growing area, for sure. I'm not a fan of their fee for debit cards, but otherwise it's a nice place.

Live in the area, stopped by without my debit card. They don't accept any credit cards. Super inconvenient, will take my business elsewhere.
