Poor service management can’t handle situations sorry

The employee who tried to help me get in with my power chair was nice but it just wasn't physically doable without a lot of help. The ramp was a little steep and the sidewalk is so narrow that you have to open the door flat against the wall, 180°, to get in, and impossible task without help. I left.
