I am sure their service is probably good but the lady that answers the phone was extremely rude. She had no answers for me and while I was ending the phone call she abruptly hung up on me. Her customer service skills are horrible. If you don't like your job find a new one. Jeez luuez.

Took my Ford F750 Cummins in for an oil change. Very fast and friendly service. Great prices as well. Had a problem with lift gate and they fixed that as well. Highly recommended.

They are great and completely reasonable.. WAY better deal then Jiffy Lube and they come to you,, It's a win win.... People whine like babies if they have to wait or can't get a hold of someone instantly, be patient it's well worth your time, you will see what I am saying.... Highly Recommended!!!

Saw a truck advertising this company on Flamingo this afternoon. I immediately started looking them up because I could sure use their services for personal and company use. That is until I saw the back window with unsavory political messages (we quickly figured out the driver isn't a fan of the current President in less than savory terms). Although I can't comment on their work- I'll pass. Unprofessional to say the least.

My review is rated in two parts. Johnny arrived and did a wonderful job changing my RV oil and lubing the chassis. He was quick, professional, and had a great personality! It only took him one hour to change the oil filter, two fuel filters, add 17 quarts of oil, and lube the chassis! For Johnnies service I give him a strong 5 STARS!!!The other part of my review is for my charges. I had originally called Sandy on a Thursday for an appointment the next week after my friends forgot to tell me that they had just scheduled Johnny a few weeks earlier. Sandy was going out of town for the weekend and said she would get back to me on Monday with a date and time. As a promised, Sandy called on Monday and said Johnny would be at my RV on Thursday. She also said I would be charged an additional $57.50 for coming out to Boulder City for only one RV. I said I understood and promised to get it done with my friends next time. On Thursday, I called and spoke to Mike who said Johnny was at Johnny Walkers in Henderson and would be there soon. Johnny called about a half hour later and said he was just leaving Johnny Walkers. 20 minutes later, Johnny pulled up to my RV and completed my service without issue. After completing my service, he gave me a bill that had an additional $115.00 charged on it, half for the road trip, and half for installing the fuel filters. Johnny said it was a new practice and my friends got in just before they started charging the extra fee. My friends RV service for the same thing I had took the same one hour and was not charged the extra fee. Johnny called the office and I spoke with Sandy. Sandy said it was new and that she told me on Monday when she advised me of the extra fee for the road trip. I told her I absolutely was not told and that if I had been told it would have been up to me to continue with the service or decline it. I was also upset that the reason I was charged a road trip was coming to the East side of Las Vegas, however, Johnny Walker was next door in Henderson and only 20 minutes from me. Not a major road trip. Soooo, for the charges I give them a ONE STAR!!! Also, when I asked to have my tire pressure checked that says it's included in their website, Johnny said his compressor only goes up to 95psi, not the 105 I needed. Again, since you're servicing RV's just say in your ad that 95psi is the limit!!Bottom line, my service was excellent, was done and it was a "He said/She said" that I was not about to argue more than I already had. The sad part was my neighbor asked me about AML before this happened and Johnny gave my neighbor his card who was excited to start using American Mobile Lube until he heard what had happened to me after. More than that, my three friends with RV's that I've known for decades and have used their service for many years heard my story and was shocked to hear what happened and said if it happened to me it could very well happen to them. In the end, I paid twice what my three friends were charged for the same one hour of labor. AML is a great company that has been around for years and probably won't miss five customers (4 in my group and 1 new) if we all decide to go somewhere else. Thankfully my friends know my integrity and said they will stand by me, so we will wait and see what happens when it is time for us all to be serviced again. This could turn out to be a "lose/lose" situation where we stop using a fantastic company out of principal.
