Needed fingerprinting done for my nursing license. Called this business to inquire if they did finger printing for the nursing board and the gentleman on the phone stated that they did. Asked about wait times and was told there wasn't any at the moment. Arrived shortly after and signed in. The interior is clean and spacious. There was a water station too. The gentleman was finishing up a customer and quickly took me after. Pricing was similar to other fingerprint places. They take cash or card. The system also uses tap to pay. My whole encounter lasted maybe 10min tops from sign in to finish. Walk-ins are welcome. Quick and easy encounter.

Had to get fingerprinted for work. They knew there were 20 of us coming in; yet only ONE person working. Been waiting 2 hours and there's still another 5 people ahead of me. Not sure how well their appointment system works, seeing as a few of my co-workers made appointments and they all still waited more than 2 hours. Avoid avoid avoid if you can.

They are supposed to open at 8am, it’s 8:44am and it’s still not open. On their sign it says Reliable, Easy, Fast.

I have been eating here for years. It was always wonderful. I get COVID, but the service and food were awful. First, neither of us was offered or received a refill on coffee or soda until we were done with our meals. We watched someone else get a coffee refill before their food even arrived! When we were asked about condiments, and requested jelly, it never came. I ordered a cheese bagel, got plain. Over-easy eggs came hard as rocks like hard boiled eggs. My husband ordered cheese on his eggs, and received two slices of cold, unmelted cheese on top. I have never left a bad review for anywhere. But this was bad. Really bad.
