Where to start!!! Their customer service is the WORST when I say the worst its the worst the only two good people out off this branch is Matt ( Branch Manager ) and Amber ( PERSONAL BANKER).Today 11-27-2023 I went into branch and I had customer service on the phone for 1:30 hours . I showed up to the front per customer service rep on phone and when I got to counter the teller there was like you can hang yup I will be able to fix any issue you have so I believed it again and hung up 2 minutes later she said I need to contact customer service over the phone that's when I lost it!!!! I asked for manager and as all their employees in branch and over the phone the manager shows up Sergio Diaz and doesn't even apologize or sympathetic about the situation. what a shame that Matt has Assistant Manager ( Sergio Diaz ) not even an inch of sympathy

Horrible location, useless workers that will steal your money out of your account after you have deposited with the ATM. Useless bank how is it still functioning? I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW

Was a good place to use for both personal and business accounts but being they change policy based on managers and there is no corporate policy I wouldn't keep much in the bank if you keep the account at all.

You might get a good rate but the entire America first system from the app experience, to how your account is handled is the worst in class compared to any regular bank. If trying to get a loan or a bank account I would highly recommend something like SoFi or really any modern bank that doesn't make your life harder.

When the check I mailed to Medicare did not get processed I became concerned that I would loose my medical insurance, a lady at America First named Kassandra patiently showed me how to transfer funds so that I would keep my medical insurance. Thank you for your time, patience and the overall professional way you helped me, it is a pleasure dealing with you.

I was desperate to buy a car because my car was totaled...I had no $ for down payment and I was walking my grand kids to and from school , two in school and one toddler who was not in school yet...I was directed to america first by a dealer who sold awful looking cars for cheap but like I said I was desperate, I went to America first on rainbow in las vegas ,spoke to amber who said the dealerwas selling that car for more than it was worth, so when I told her my predicament, she worked a miracle and I was approved for so much more than I dreamed would happen, they financed the whole thing, no down pmt, I met an angle in amber, I would recommend america first to everyone, THANK YOU AMBER

I don’t appreciate being lied to that my account can be re-opened with the same account number and then I get all the way into the bank just for them to tell me that I need to build a rapport with the bank. I’ve had my account in good standing mind you for over 10 years and the one time I got sick and couldn’t go to work and the first chance I get to make everything right this is what I get. I’ve got to say hands-down this is the worst customer service I’ve ever gotten at America first credit union. If this is how they’re doing business now I highly suggest you go to a different bank.

I had problems with the coin machine. Did not record my transaction I went to the teller she sent a man to help me. I had only put half in. He said it didn't registrar. He was very rude. I went to the bank on Tenaya cash the rest in for46.81. They was half that was in my money vase. They were nice. The man at Rainbow took my name. I hope it gets resolved.

I went in to inquire about refinancing my car and Patricia U. helped me. She was awesome. I thought The process was going to be a while and I might have to go back to sign papers but she was able to get everything completed quickly and I was able to sign before leaving :) she explained everything very well and made sure there was nothing else I needed before I left. I’m very happy with my experience today, customer service was on point.

I decided to go to another location today. Best choice EVER. From the moment of walking through the door to the #1 customer service from Ms Kashondra's help. My apologies for the missed spelled name. She was an amazing teller that took her time and was extremely detailed orientated making sure we were helped & happy. Every person we spoke with was helpful honestly. Now yes you may have to wait in long lines for this location is highly busy. Yet you are going to get the best service that you can possibly get at a bank in the times we live in right now. You truly are In good hands all the way around. Thank you again for the amazing service and help. This location and all their banking services are well worth a stop in to see all they have to offer. Thanks again!

I am writing this as I sit waiting in the drive thru lane. I have been here for 10 minutes and the car in front of me hasn't completed their transaction yet. This isn't the first time I've spent a ridiculous about of time in the drive thru. Please learn how to expeditious....gas is soooo high and my time is worth a lot too! If it wasn't for the slow customer service in the drive thru it works be 5 stars!
