Bank hours are clearly posted 9-5 on Saturdays I came in to deposit cash Saturday 07/01/2023 15:00 (3PM), ATM was unavailable for the transaction so I walked to the counter to finish my transaction and the woman who was working was clearly going home for the day and closing it up told me the bank would be open again Monday and “sorry, the ATM’s just fill up”… it’s cool if you want to operate a branch with limited hours, but make it consistent.

Go to any other branch. How do you put a sign up and not help people when they been waiting in line. This branch is the worst, I usually try to support women in power because we have to stick together but these women who work this location could care less about your time and they are extremely slow when helping other members. Going back to Tenaya!

Very unprofessional very slow will have a line all over the store and not helpful at all … I was in line with four people for 30mins before they gotten to the next person

Phone service:Unprofessional staffVerifying process is a joke.Asking questions about other people where they live even if the person is deceased or not !! ?Staff or managers( hear conversation audio if it recorded )

it had been years until I had confidence again in a financial institution. America First Credit Union is without a doubt an amazing credit union. They care for you and they help you and support from savings to financial credit rating assistance. I will never bank at a bank again.

Honestly I went there a week ago I was very well taken care of by all the staff and also by the manager Henrietta. She was super friendly and made my experience with the branch very warm and welcoming. I'm a new happy member.

The manager and a teller canceled my credit card without giving me notice. This caused me a lot of problems. I am now closing my account and going to bank somewhere else. They were rude and very unprofessional. Worst service I've ever received at any bank in all of my 48 years. Henrietta and a evil Latina teller had the nerve to tell me if I didn't lose my wallet I wouldn't have problems with my bank account like nobody has ever lost their wallet. Both employees should be fired.

Valerie is the best worker at this place. So friendly and patient and just an overall excellent customer service worker ! Every time I come in to this branch I hope she's working. I hope management takes the time to recognize Valerie for her hard work and kindness.

Highly disappointed, the staff is not properly trained, does not have sufficient knowledge on their own products and has poor customer services. I don’t recommend this location. We’ve had to come in 3 separate times to sign our loan due to employee errors. Use another location and save your time.

I'm a member of this bank. They gave me coin rollers on my last visit to roll my coins then when I went back with said coins they said they can't exchange them for bills. Forgot to get the two associates names but it was a male and a female on Saturday April 23rd about 4pm. Complications with my account were directly affected because of their refusal to accept my coins.

With all of the technology and verification technology available in 2021 these blankety blank blank you-know-whats at this Credit Union still makes us wait 7 business days for checks to clear? The amount doesn't matter to me if you have banked this way in the past. It's absurd! You are going to tell me I cannot have access to my own money for 7 business days which ends up being 11 days since I deposited it on a Saturday! Can't be bothered to contact the bank of the business where the check came from in some capacity. I hate all banks, but I especially hate the ones that you have been a customer of for years and years and they can't be bothered to make a call or something to help out the customer.

i can never make cash deposits the atm deposit service is always temporarily unavailable causing my bills to be late plus they always get that $25 over draft fee. seems like a scam or a way to get more money for them. shannon

I recently moved to this side of the town and unfortunately this is my closest branch. I dont want to get in details about my particular interaction, but I generally go to the bank for a quick transation. How on earth they made me hate this branch in just two visits. They made me feel so unwelcomed. They are so rude. There is so much they need to work on that it would be a lot easier to fire them all starting with the manager. I have visited several branches, for sure, this is the worst one. Someone need to read all these negative comments and take some actions. This is not about the size or location, this is about customer service and work ethics. I give them -5 stars
