Worst bank to deal with customer service is non exciting. they steal from you. they dont follow their policies and they will make you liable even when your credit card is stolen and you let them know and they did nothing. if you want to spend hours on the phone this is your bank

There should be more bank tellers with lines open. Great bank but lack tellers and to me that’s bad for business.

This review is in regards to Jaren one of the loan officers. SHE IS PHENOMENAL ! Very knowledgeable and friendly. I visited a different America First branch 30 mins prior to coming to this branch and it was not a pleasant experience. Some misinformation from someone at the other branch had me scrambling in tears to this branch.. Jaren was my saving Grace !! SERIOUSLY SHE DESERVES RECOGNITION FOR THIS! My dad lives out of state and I had no clue how to handle the situation that I was in (that the other branch screwed up on.) Jaren calmed me down and walked me through it and educated me on everything I had questions about... she got the situation straightened out and was absolutely amazing while doing so. Jaren, thanks for helping so much! Thank you for being so friendly and knowledgeable and getting the situation taken care of !

Nice employees. Normally short lines but one day there was 9 people in line and they opened 2 more tellers. I love that I can put coins in a machine. They have clean bathrooms. Easy parking. Short wait time on the phone.

I o pened a money market account, but I requested a check transfer from my old credit union in LA for a little over what I had. When I tried to write a new check for less, they wouldn't accept it, even though they could verify how much I had in the account. Not very accommodating! Had to go to another credi t union. Not very good customer service. Long lines and wait also.

Today I had to stop for a quick inside transaction. I was helped by the teller named-Michael. This gentleman gave me THE BEST customer service that I have EVER received from this branch. He was gracious, kind, friendly & respectful. He took his time to listen to what I wanted needed & remained professional yet calm all at the same time. Yes there is usually a wait in line when coming to this branch. I will have to say though. Michael made the wait be worth every minute. Thank you again for your customer service today. I recommend this credit union & branch for your banking needs. They have an array of products that help just about anyone. They have been the greatest help through ALL my tough times financially.
