Horrible service. ATM has been down for two days. I show up at 5:58 and the doors are already locked… I will definitely be changing banks. Do not use this bank if you care about your money.

The only reason I used this bank was for a car loan. Ever since it been nothing but problems, they got my debit card wrong, I used the ATM to deposit money And the ATM froze had to wait over a month for the my money to be deposited after the investigation, and the list goes on with problems, I gone to different locations the staff seems nice but doesn’t matter which location I still have some kind of problem!!! As of today I am having problems once again with the car title!!!!!

I'm not totally happy with my experiences since joining this credit union 21-months ago, with both business and personal accounts.Beginning early this year, due to sickness and hospitalizations, I was unable to work, and found my business account balance in the hole. Since then it's been a struggle to get my head above water, and I've still had several occasions when my account was in deficit. As a result I was hit with several hundred dollars in overdraft charges. While some of those charges were rebated, as requested, I didn't think it was enough compensation. Would another bank have done the same? Who knows? But based on my circumstances, I thought I was deserving of more.On top of this, due to fraudulent activity on my account, my debit card was cancelled, and a new one sent to me through the mail. The problem is, I was not informed about this issue, and without a working debit card in hand, it makes it difficult to conduct my rideshare business., costing me hundreds of dollars in lost income.On the bright side, I've found the tellers and their on-phone customer service people, very polite and helpful. I don't think one could expect better.

The worst experience ever , the bankers are not trained properly , they did not give me the right info for direct deposit therefore i did not receive my money , i had also issue with my pin , i had 2 pins for 1 credit card , bad baaaad experience , retraaaaaaain the bankers !!!

Went into the branch on Flamingo. After standing in line I asked a clerk where I could go to open a checking account. A small guy, dark hair.His attitude was smug immediately, declaring I'd have to wait for a banker (expected) but that they would run a "hard" credit check on me.In my 50 years of banking I have never had a credit check run on me to open an account.What starched me was his smug attitude, as if he is doing ME a favor.

Be very careful with the disabled and life insurance for credit cards and the promised money paid for so many years is not returned. Be careful, your own experience and a thousand delays if you want to get the service paid. Be alert and do not fall into the card insurance trap.

Went to three different American First banks and no one could help me with a car title issue. Went to this location and Megan was sooooo helpful. She got me all the information needed that I had been requesting since March!!! Wish there was more Megans in the business world!!! Would make life so much easier.

Should be negative stars. The tellers at the Flamingo branch routinely give my balance to people not on my account who make deposits. No ID required I guess. Banking is a highly regulated industry so for them to not do this seems very illegal. Forget calling customer service for help. If the phone systems aren't down there's a 2 hour wait. This is by far the worst experience I've had with a financial institution. AND I had to "qualify" to be a member. I had to have good credit, but you don't have to check IDs before you give random people my balances and private info? Sounds like an investigation is in order. I'll be closing my account. They aren't professional and I can't have them not checking IDs when my account supposedly says CHECK ID on it - notated after the first incident. It still happens regularly.

Why would IT change the Mobile Login screen? The login screen use to have account number and password on the same screen, now underneath your account number you have to push (login with password) and the app goes to another added screen thats white and you put your password in. This was not a good idea because it takes longer to login and your waiting for the password screen to load. Put the login screen back to saved account number and password on the same screen..

I called in to the bank today to ask about a deposit that was made this morning and I was told I would get a call in 2 hours, 4 hours later I called in to the branch and I was told I still had 40 minutes wait time and I never received that call during their 8 hour shift.
