Thank you, Tina, my daughter, who has cerebral palsy, has been a patient for 6 years, and lately is really not a good service for the last 7 months ? thanks God tina is there because everyone else is not customer service friendly, hopefully they could learn from Tina because there is a lot of mistakes going on. I called we time to change my address and they delivered to the old one , a neighbor was kind enough and brought it to my new place ,again Tina fix it , yesterday another guy was in the wrong chart being rude them again recibe a call of another patient same last name as my daughter but I tell her please talk to Tina because is strange to have my number in the wrong chart as well, yesterday got my diapers super late , but one missing they gave an extra one , just 5 minutes ago brought the extra one hope they step up.Thank you Tina they need to raise your position and money because she is the only one listening and taking time for the customers. The others are rude and disrespectful .5 start because of Tina if not will be 0 start

Worst experience ever trying to get a new walker. The only person there who was pleasant to talk to was Tina, who was also the only person who called me back. They tried to deliver a walker with a seat on a Friday and never told me so I wasn't home. I called my Dr, and they said they sent out the order a week ago and to call Amador to arrange delivery. Called Amador, and Tina advised that they can deliver the same day, and I confirm with her that it's a walker with no seat, and she says yes. Come lunch time they delivered while I was away from my desk at work and come to find a walker with a seat next to my desk. I call back, and Tina advises that someone will call me to see when they can deliver again and take back the wrong walker. So I called the next day, and a guy picked up who was talking so fast I didn't understand what he sai, and then just hangs up on me. I'm at work, so I can't talk long and let it slide. I call back again 2 hrs later, and a girl says she'll ask her manager about the delivery and call me back in 10 mins. I know it's lunch, so I told her just call me after your lunch. No call back at all. At 2:30 I call back and that same rude guy picks up and was like, "like I said before I need to wait to see what the manager says", and then says, "didn't I just talk to you 2 hrs ago?" I was so upset at this point that I didn't say anything, but it was 4 1/2 hrs since he said he would call back. So I literally hung. I was fuming. No phone call back for 2 days, so I call and a girl says I need to ask the manager about the next delivery. We'll call you back. Of course no call back, but instead an old lady shows up at my work looking like one of our patients, but is instead the walker delivery. How you gonna send a hunched old lady to deliver a walker and take back the walker with the seat? Worst customer service and communication skills ever. I would never order from them again. You've been warned.

Armador kept me waiting on RX medical equipment and fix-it items for 8 months. They said they'd do all kinds of things, which were NEVER done. They kept me believing they'd help me, as I am disabled in a wheelchair that doesn't run forward, yet I have a guarantee on it, so they should have been able to get it repaired with that alone, but NO!!! They kept making excuses then finally told me that they never intended to do my repairs or service me any longer because they didn't want to drive to Pahrump from Las Vegas... a 45 minute drive. Mind you, I gave them thousands of dollars in RXs and 4 repair orders. They're EXTREMELY UNKNOWLEDGEABLE & VERY RUDE. I once called them to check in the status of my order and the receptionist answered and said, "Yeah... What do you want?" So unprofessional. What does she think I wanted? I ordered stuff and they kept me on the hook for 8 long months... NO loaner wheelchair either. They never took my needs seriously. It was always about them. Now, they say they're opening an office I a PCA Company in Pahrump? Good Luck after word gets out about your corruption and bad service. One of my doctor's nurses said she refused to send them orders because of a prior patient that needed colostomy bag and was told to use a Baggie till they could accommodate her. Imagine that?! Not only unprofessional, but sickly unsanitary. Never use this company ever and forget they exist. Spread the word. They should be shut down. ...KAT angry previous customer
