Really enjoyed going here today with my son. Gary was really fun to talk to, and this shop is really something special. This store goes back to older Vegas which I love. I was really impressed by the variety here, too.

I was born and raised here. I started martial art training 35 years ago. I remember visiting this store all through those years. I love the vibe, customer service and nostalgia of AMS. Every martial art Dojo, gym, and studio should be aware of this place and send all their new students here. It’s home grown local small business.

After 40 years this place is still open and supports the community. Like a time machine of history inside from the golden ERA of martial arts . A ton of variety. Locals stop begging for discounts .

THE BEST martial arts supply store in the country!! We visited the store recently while in Vegas. My son was looking for a sword and we were completely impressed with the selection. I would highly reccomend this place to ANYONE looking for anything related to martial arts.

Bought a butterfly knife trainer that fell apart immediately after flipping it for just a few minutes. I suppose it was just meant to be displayed and not used. May want to double check the quality of the products in this store before you purchase them.

Growing up in Las Vegas you see many changes. I remember in the 70's visiting a Martial Arts Store off Charleston next to the Fox theater where my Dad took me to see the original Superman by Richard Donner. The Store grabbed my attention. Amazing Throwing Knives, Stars, Ninja Outfits! It was a Dangerous Toy Store. Years Later when I was actually taking Karate and Martial Arts - I remember visiting another store at The Red Rock Movie theaters - Again great supplies and cool but dangerous toys. - Recently I needed a Kung Fu outfit and a Gi for a Halloween Party. I wanted the authentic kind - When I discovered this amazing Store I had to go check it out. I met Tim the now owner who is the son of the original owner who also ran the two stores I previously mentioned. THIS PLACE IS NOT ONLY A FAMILY BUSINESS its a VEGAS LEGACY. I am so grateful for this family to continue the tradition and have such a great inventory of items! Even my former friend, Sifu, Qigong and Tai Chi Master Steven Boroughs of Lohan School of Shaolin would come to this storeoften to swap stories and purchase gear. - This place is a hidden (not so hidden gem.)

I needed gloves and some training equipment for the garage. I stopped at the big retailers then luckily found this spot. They have everything you need for the fight game, or training. These are the real Champs!

We came in to get sparring gear for my son and the owners are very helpful and nice. The prices are very affordable and in comparison are better than other places we looked. They have so many items that you could spend all day browsing. Not only sparring gear but staffs, knives, magazines, books, decorations, and clothing. This will be our go to place for gifts for the kids.

I noticed this place as I was driving down Charleston and stopped in because as a kid I was crazy for martial arts weapons and all thing Bruce Lee. Ill start by saying Vegas is not the friendliest place, but Gary and Tim are extremely friendly and really great guys, it was just such a nice change from many businesses here. Super nice and really just decent people. My wife and I chatted with them for a little while and really enjoyed our time in the store. I would strongly recommend this store to anyone.

Came to town for vacation and I was very happy with the service! Very friendly and helpful. Definitely I will be ordering my supplies from here and stopping by when in town again ?? ??Went in again on 2/18/2022 because I had to come back to town and as I said I’d come back when in town( I was there on 2/3/22). I was really impressed with the fact that when I got out of the car Tim was outside and remembered my first name. Very personal due to the fact they deal with people every day and the fact he remembered my name right away I was very impressed. As I said I’ll be getting all my supplies from here whether in town or having them shipped to me. ??
