Sales person (Carmencita) at this Las Vegas Airport location was quite the hustler. Convinced me that the online prices were twice as much, which in fact they were half the price I paid! Plus, without my knowledge she snuck in two Jewelry cloths at $7.50 ea, which I would have never purchased. If you shop here, beware.

The manager at this location is extremely rude! I came in to return a bracelet and she was so rude. Never made eye contact and her tone was condescending. I told her I received 1 bracelet for free from the purchase and she took it from me, even though I bought OVER $75 worth of merchandise. Wtf??

I contacted customer service yesterday in regards to a sexual harassment case against this so called positive energy corporation and was denied my request to speak with a manger. I was on the call for over 40 minutes and was put on holdyesterday and was told that a supervisor would call me back by end of day. They never did. I called again today after 24+hours without a call back and was once again denied a manger. I was on hold for over 45 minutes. How this company hides its faults from the public is shameful. Before you invest any money consider how they treat sexual harassment as a low priority. One of the regional managers gave an employee this exact pair of shorts, listed below in exchange for a picture of his genitalia. *management Please contact me before I go into specifics across all social platforms.

All ways wanted one of these gorgeous bracelets! So I was so excited to see this store in the airport. How ever the customer service was terrible ! I was rushed asked for something with hearts was told only had one. So ok I took her word and purchase the one she had with also four others. With in 10 minuets 230$ later. When I returned home to Las Vegas the next day my flight landed in the C gate. So I thought I would stop back there to buy something for my sons girlfriend. To my surprise I overheard another customer talking about the warranty. My sales associate never mentioned a warranty never asked for my name and as I looked around I found the heart I was looking for! So I asked to exchange it because the other sales associate told me the one I bought was the only one in the store. The new associate said no because the tags were cut off they do not do returns well if the first associate would have giving me what I asked for I wouldn't be returning ? And would not have had a warranty! The sales associates definitely need more training and give the customers more information. I love my bracelets but I will never shop in the store again hopefully my next experienced buying another bracelet will be better. Oh and by the way the new sales associate never apologized for what happened! So sad !
