UPDATED REVIEW:
Deli closes at 8pm, which is a joke, are we living in Las Vegas or Tonopah. Also this is the third week in a row they have not had their sale items in stock. The frozen foods freezer has been constantly empty the past month. The prices are outrageous unless it's a for U deal. Which as stated above they are always out of stock of the sale items. I have had several wasted trips, because of out of stock items. The staff is still friendly and the store is clean which is the only reason I did not give a one star in updated review.

My husband and I wanted to thank Mr. Clif for providing an exceptional customer service to us this evening at self register. I brought a rain check and had coupons to another Albertsons in Summerlin which I didn't realize at first.
Clif was very patient with us, adjusted the price for 2 items and didn't get annoyed with me after asking him if he could remove the 3 items that wouldn't qualify for a discount since the coupons were valid only in 1940 Village Center Circle location. Thank you Mr. Clif for being nice & understanding.

Came in today to pick up a cake I ordered a week ago. Cake was never made. Picked a new cake and asked to speak to a manager. I asked the manager if he could do anything about the price, and he brought me to the main manager for the night. THAT manager didn’t stop to talk to me but as he walked by, he said “for my trouble” they’d take 20% off. Then when I paid, I asked what am I supposed to do next time since now I don’t have the cake I ordered in the flavor or design I ordered and I’m late to the party I’m going to with the wrong cake. He said he didn’t know and asked who took my order and when I described her, he said he didn’t know that person.It made it seem like I’m in the wrong or that I’m lying, when I am the one who came in with my receipt ready for a cake I ordered a week ago and got the short end of the stick. I should have gotten that stupid cake for free. Came to the party and ate it, and it was dry and flavorless. I won’t be coming back to this store, I’d rather drive out of my way to go somewhere else with better customer service and a better product. Thanks for nothing.

This store has a couple problems.1) Kids running bikes and scooters without care past the store doors and almost hitting pedestrians. The store needs security to enforce some safety rules.2) The parking lot is prone to problems. Isle ways are too narrow for 2 vehicles to safely pass, especially on the ends of the isles.The slanted parking spaces don’t work well with parking. If you need to turn into a space that’s pointed the other way, you are stuck making a 3 point turn. Excessive maneuvering leads to increased risk of accidents.Will update rating when the problems at this location are corrected.

Clean, Starbucks was great. Lines were not too long and self check was nice and quick.

Wow! Daniel at the bakery made our sons birthday cake and it was amazing. We were so happy with the birthday cake and our son loved it! I highly recommend the Albertsons bakery for all your special occasions!!!

Last time I was there the one and only cashier said he couldn't ring me up because it was his break. The self serve was backed up to the Deli. Gave my basket to the guy on break and I left

Definitely not the best location. The staff is very friendly but I'm finding more and more when I get home items are expired and have to be returned. Check expiration dates diligently here.

Albertson’s on West Charleston Blvd is my favorite place to go for groceries. It’s conveniently located just 2 miles from my place, making it a go-to choice. The customer service has always been excellent, and I sincerely hope the name Albertson’s remains, despite the rumors of it being bought by Kroger. Regardless of what the future holds, the fact that it’s still close to my house is a major plus.
