My friend and I stopped by Albersons to get some drinks and snack. It's like the store knows because right when you walk in, the alcohol are near the entrance and self checkout area but you can pay for alcohol at the self checkout. They keep the sodas like 3 aisle down so if you want the 12 pack cans, go to that aisle. The store wasn't busy when we came and we found everything that we wanted. We also got some chips and they had a couple of good deals if you buy multiple.

This store used to be decent but everything changed. Now I shop over here only if I have to. One time I brought electric scooters inside the store,went to the fridge to grab milk and eggs and came right back and someone stole my scooter. It was right under the camera but there’s no law in the world that can do anything about it. I thought I’d find some understanding but nothing happened except that they kind of (indirectly) talked me into no big deal stilling. Such a weird experience.

I never had any problems with the employees. Everyone has a great attitude, the shelves are well stocked, it's a very clean store and they always have what I need. It's a great store.

We came in tonight and noticed the (Powerads) were half price.. I had my arms full I carried all that i could..I went to look at the discount area and a small abandoned cart was left there..I have recently been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis from Covid- I really needed the cart, no one was using..Jen was apparently using it and was in the bathroom but we had no way of knowing..The cart wasn't even by the bathroom..As we were checking out she proceeded to tell the fellow employee's what terrible people we are and who does that..Takes someone's cart..And she went on and on..I told the woman helping me we thought it was abandoned and it was for customer's anyway..She was embarrassed by Jen..I told her I have dilated cardiomyopathy and MS..I needed a cart..It was there..I didn't take her cart from her..I told Jen on the way out I have MS,I'm sorry I used that cart..And she had nothing to say..I hope the employee's learn just because someone looks healthy doesn't mean they are..And if a customer's needs a cart they should understand because they could be disabled and you don't know..Talking horribly about customer's while they are giving Albertson's money is wrong..I'm never going back there again..I'm going to Smith's..Jen needs a refreshers course on customer service and how to not assume ever.

Beautiful store!! Wide iles and fully stocked. Every Albertsons I've been in the stores are kept clean and well stocked. All employees that I've talked to have been very pleasant and helpful. Love their Just For You sale and their other stuff on sale. Keep doing what you're doing Albertsons!!
