Usually my experience is great, from cleanliness to supply on hand but this last trip, I was disappointed. I bought a bulk pack of 85/15 ground beef. Got it home and the next day I went to make patties and the meat squished and patties couldn't stay formed, like it was previously frozen tube, thawed and repackaged. Cooked it and so much fat came out of it, It needed a prescription of ozempic. It was either 75/25 or 80/20. Not only was it previously frozen and mealy, it was too much fat to be what it was sold for. Quality is lacking and shortcuts are now being made to make more money off us. Time to start going to a local butcher

It’s an okay grocery store with a weird layout. Pricing seems a bit expensive and I am not sure how it will be with the Kroger merger for the future
Edit: they’re doing a remodel, we’ll see how it turns out

We do pick up orders through the app and several times we have ordered dairy or produce and it has been rotten or spoiled. It's like there is no quality control whatsoever, or they are intentionally using pick up orders to get rid of the food that is going bad, in the hopes that the customers won't want to bring them in for an exchange or refund. My wife has had to go to the store way too many times to exchange rotten produce. It defeats the purpose of using the app and doing pick up orders when you have to go back anyway.

I must say that Deneen at my Albertsons, Village Center Drive, is the only cashier I like to go to and who is always friendly, and never without a smile . I am a loyal customer who only shops here.

I arrived around 7:30 AM at just about the most empty time in the store, and went to the deli counter to grab some food from them. I waited patiently thinking they might be finishing up some tasks. They had no customers, and I made eye contact with 3 separate employees as I stood at the counter waiting for some help, all to watch them completely ignore me like I was a ghost. They confirmed I was waiting but never spoke a word or tried making eye contact with me after unless they thought I wasn't looking as if to see if I had left. What were they doing that was so important?? I'm glad you asked. Prepackaging sliced meat, wash dishes while incessantly talking about mundane things to his coworker while she moved product. 15 to 20 minutes goes by like this until I have to leave the deli counter to grab a young man that was placing rotisserie chickens, just so that I could ask if the deli counter was in fact not open for business. I was informed it WAS open, which is upsetting since the employees have been treating me like air for 20 minutes after making multiples moments of the eye contact to confirm I was still waiting on them. I wouldn't have been so upset with the guy that was prepackaging meat as he obviously had a task to perform, but the two people in the back just continued chatting away the entire time about their personal lives, while barely cleaning dishes and moving product. If I have to find another employee to ask if a section of your store is closed then maybe your employees aren't doing their job in the hospitality business in any sort of capacity. Very disappointing to be treated like shit considering the length I go to, to be polite in my daily life. And if you're wondering if I'm some jerk that likes to complain: I'm a 31 year old male construction worker and this is my first ever review, I downloaded yelp just to write this.... And as a side note, I worked for smiths as my first job growing up, I know exactly how busy your work is and how some people do everything they can to pretend a customer isn't there so they can ignore a potential issue. Don't be like that, be better.

We had to stop shopping here. Parking is rough unless you go early or late. They're almost exclusively self checkout. Homeless from under the bridge now shop here. They make us use an app to get their best price but the internet in the store is horrible. They don't care at all that they show you the club price on a sticker but that you can't pull it up...they make no exceptions. I was told by one manager to go home and screenshot all 50+ items on my shopping list and then the cashiers would honor those prices. The prices are on stickers in the store! Just honor your stickers! The new staff isn't very friendly or caring at all. Most recently we left an entire grocery cart full at the checkout because their system was down (again) and they couldn't or wouldn't honor any club prices. They don't care is the bottom line. I now shop at Smith's and am actually saving money to boot over there. Rumor has it that a new Smith's is being built right up the street.

Not sure what is happening with this Albertsons location, but it is going straight downhill. We moved here about 9 months ago and it used to be great. Today we wanted to buy some meat from the deli and 2 employees said they would be right with us. Um, they both just disappeared so we left without the deli meat. When we were getting ready to check out the clerk was so busy talking to another person (employee) that she just took her sweet time to even acknowledge us. I am pretty sure she was a manager as she was dressed in "normal" clothes, not their uniform. We won't be going back. The other Albertsons on Charleston is under construction, but the employees are much nicer.
