Monday night was completing an Uber eats order for a customer & this is maybe my second time ever after being born and raised in Las Vegas ever even coming in this store and was “ racially profiled “ the manager followed me throughout the store the moment I walked in a short stalky Asian like man. He was on his radio ear piece acting as if he was shopping but due to my experience with having my degree in Criminal Justice and being a supervisor for a major Security company I knew he was a secret shopper. My issue was not only was I following an app in my phone to gather a customers order but not once did the manager ask if I needed help. Just followed throughout the whole store! On top of that I had to grab some tide pods and for some reason they were in the front of the store so the self check out lady was so rude ! She greeted all the other customers (white lady) and watched as I went to self check out like over my shoulder she watched me scan EVERY SINGLE item. I politely asked for a different type of Tide pods for the customer she rudely stated whatever you see over there is what we have! I’m like oh ok thanks for your assistance. I have NEVER stole from any store in my life & to be treated as such in Las Vegas knowing this is a second income doing Uber eats I WILL DEFINITELY be reaching out to corporate. On the behalf of the manager that was there Monday night before closing & also the self check out clerk that was so rude and greeted every other race except African American’s that came passed her. Definitely a discrimination lawsuit will be filed ! Smh 6/3/24 an hour before closing.

Use to be decent. When I asked one of the floor ladies if the deal had a limit, she rudely said good morning and said I don't know without even a glance. I walked up to the register, and the checkout lady told the lady across from her, "Am I invisible?" I didn't know she really wanted to check someone out. So, then I proceeded to put my items on the belt, thinking it would cause it to roll to her, and she tried to say under her breath, "Are you serious?" And pressed a simple button to get it to roll.
It's definitely the last time I come here. It is on the expensive side, but I didn't mind it because of their fast and courteous service.

You have to literally watch every price every time you shop here. They have a sign in the meat dept 5.99 / lb for rib eye and right under the sign, packages of rib eye. Get to the cashier and was charged 11.99/lb . This is EXACTLY why we only buy what we need here and do not do our weekly shopping here.

April 2024: produce section's gone down, ex. most of the tomatoes are way past OK. And, I got screwed AGAIN with a "sale" in frozen: hot pockets said 4 for $8. Got home & checked my receipt and the app. Each 2 pack is $4, so, wow, you get 4 individual hot pockets for $8, NOT how that used to work people!

This Albertsons was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I got what I needed and was able to check out quickly. They even had baskets where I feel like a lot of stores don't so I truly appreciate that. Cheers.

I have shopped at the store for about 3 years.. this is not the best Albertsons in Vegas by any stretch. The parking lot is very sketchy at night and not safe. The store is notorious for short shelf life on many fresh products due to this store not being overly busy. That being said I had a very disturbing and very dehumanizing experience at the end of January 2024. I went in to buy a couple of items and I was not feeling well that day( I am disabled/retired) as I was checking out and the male grey haired cashier leaned over the belt to look at the pin pad screen as I am trying to enter my number and debit card,,,and with a demeaning and combative tone asked me why I skipped the store survey and at which time he began to berate and embarrass me in front of other customers for not completing a survey… he was extremely rude and hostile. I said i don’t shop here much and he said why do I come in at all and that I should shop somewhere else.. when I approached the self check out supervisor or whatever she was and I started to tell her the cashier was very rude.. she didn’t even have to turn her head and said.. oh that must have been Jim.. so I said you condone his hostile attitude towards customers?? She had no answer. I went home called their corporate headquarters and then again the store manger and I got nowhere.. the store manager admitted the cashier is a problem and said he would talk to him… this store is horrible, they allow hostile and rude employees to continue to work here. I will never set foot in this Albertsons and they do not deserve your business. It’s bad enough the area this store is in is becoming very unsafe but now going into this store creates a hostile experience for the shopper. Very disturbing and dehumanizing experience I have ever had in my life!!!!
I have reached out to Albertsons store on west Ann and their headquarters and they refuse to call me and now this store wants me to call them… no … you have my information and I will not call the store.. Albertsons headquarters has my info and they need to call me,.. when you see all these posts with Albertsons responses that they apologize… trust me they don’t mean it and will continue on as if nothing happened.. there are much better stores to shop in.. take your business elsewhere.. this west Ann store has no respect for its customers!!
As you can see Albertsons responded to me reviewing them, however, it is a phony clean up in aisle 1. Management and their headquarters have all my info and I have called them numerous times and to date Albertsons headquarters has not reached out to me.. I do not want to hear from the store because the store has been complicit in hiding the hostile way the Albertsons employees treat the customers. In conclusion they do not want to discuss this with me because they want me to go away!!!!

The best albertsons around always has the sales items in stocks only thing I hate is self service should have at least 1 real clerk and the register your coupons on the web site sometimes well most of time is very very very confusing ?

I like shopping here when I don't feel like dealing with the busy crowds at Wal-Mart. It's always clean, they have a good variety of products, staff is nice and there's a Starbucks near the checkout. The only thing that is a bit of a downside is that some prices can be a bit higher than other places. Overall, it is a good place to get groceries and a treat on the way out. ?
