They are turning on the air conditioning started on Dec 22. In the slot room. Are they trying kill or hospitalize the employees in there? This is a corporate thing. Why would they crank the air conditioning in the middle of winter? They are spending money to get the employees in there sick...

Regarding service, I cannot rave enough about the superb customer Service and support at Albertsons! I just had a really fouled-up delivery (delivered to wrong place), which was late at night. They use a third party delivery service which uses either illiterate or just plain lazy drivers. Anyway..I requested a refund and a partial one was processed immediately. I called customer service (corporate) and spoke to a very pleasant gentleman who transferred me to the local store customer support..a super nice and efficient young lady. The remainder of my charges (I suspect were the 3rd party fees & tip) were immediately refunded. I have always had excellent service and pleasant interactions with Albertsons personnel and they have my ongoing loyalty. KUDOs to Albertsons!

As some know I'm blind and use a service dog keep my independence we are always welcomed into the store we are usualy daily and all the employees are the best big ups to Robert Kiki Selena and Melissa it's always so friendly and they love my dog to lol

If you go to Albertsons look for sales that how you can get low prices every thing is high priced we use to go there when the prices were low now we go to Walmart prices are a little lower and you can get what you need Albertsons is a clean store and the employees are nice and helpful but the prices are high one jar of pennant butter $5.99 Walmart same pennant butter lower same thing on bread and other things prices to high I like Albertsons just it's high priced

All in all it was a good store choice. They were out of sock on a few things that are on sale.. (day 2 of the new ad) but I got most of what I wanted. I stopped at the meat counter and after a few minutes walked away because no one was there. This I have found to be common with that location (Nellis and Vegas Valley)

So, I go into Albertsons and spent $39.91 at 8 pm on 9/22/23 store 4024, and then i go to sit on the bench to rest a minute, because I walk with a heavy guitar case on my back. Only sat on this bench for about 15 minutes, then a security guard comes out and tells me that they don't want anyone sitting in front of the store. This is kind of funny, because the homeless and other of Las Vagrants finest always congregate here on a daily basis, but they say nothing to them at all. That's was some ol bull Twinkie right there, but whatever it's all good. Wasn't doing anything wrong at all, whatsoever, and I am a paying and legitimate returning customer, and I get treated this way. God bless your hearts Albertsons, your staff, and your security team. I'll be praying for you all. Amen.

Manager and meat department associates are very rude all I needed was a pin for the restroom they did give it to me supposedly but it did not work and they started making fun of me and they said if it doesn't open then it is out of order. Very rude so I got the manager and he was so kind to open the door for me but at the same time the meat manager started yelling and arguing with me and I told him he should not treat me like that because I'm a customer. I have a video and I posted it on social media to show everybody how rude the employees are and how they treat their customers. The manager did apologize however I did not accept his apology because he was not very sincere about it.
