There app sucks!!! It never works correctly! And their sales often are only for a specific brand or item that is marked, but when u read the item on the sales tag, its either different or not for the item that its marked at, thus they end up charging more for an item u think is on sale!

They sold me EXPIRED LIQUID FORMULA, and all the manager offered was an exchange or refund after the fact I told them he was throwing up for the past 2 days, no type of sympathy or anything, they acted like I was lying saying "well idk how that happened it's always checked" yeah right. Unacceptable I was forced to receive a refund instead. Don't come here expecting customer service.

This specific Albertsons is one of the worst I've ever been to. The produce is always rotten, the meat is slimey, there's never any staff and the staff that is on the floor is rude and always stocking while acting like youre in their way which is odd considering nothing is ever stocked. Genuinely top to bottom a terrible store and experience every time. I'm sick of it. If it wasn't next to my house I'd avoid it. Do any of you even care?

This is not about Albertsons, the store, but about 1 employee that represents Albertsons. It is unprofessional to Roll Your Eyes when my Lady got injured with Albertsons property while explaining to the manager what had happen! The manager, on the other hand, was very professional. BUT 2 STARS FOR THE EMPLOYEE WORKING AT THE SELF HELP AREA!!! YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!!

I keep saying I'm not coming back to this Albertsons well for sure this time, every time the prices are wrong you have to watch and they're going so fast that you can't watch and then you get home and have to come back up here because they didn't give you the sale price. Now I'm sitting up here waiting for a pickup order this is the third time and every time it's late today I was going to be already out so I put it for 10:00 a.m. I'm still sitting here it's 10:45

I really don't know what happen to the cashier but she was telling the customer before us derogatory things about us. I heard her and asked what seemed to be the problem? And she looked at me ignored me and walked away. To say I was stunned is an understatement, but apparently the customer service manager so this and she came to make sure we were charge. I don't know who the cashier is, or what her issue was, I can only surmise that she's prejudice, as the white customers before of us she was being nice, polite and curtious to them. Shame on this lady, and I didn't even get an apology from the manager. She didn't even address the situation. Shame on you Albertson, for allowing this kind of treatment towards your loyal customers.

There new manager is destroying the store. I have been shopping here for several years in the last couple months evey time I visit they can't seem to afford shopping carts and shopping bags. Yesterday I walked through trash in the parking lot to enter. Who ever is in charge of the store is incompetent. I would guess this store will be closing soon.
