Not a great experience. Brawl with flying products. Security had to be turned on. Large parking lot. There are a lot of homeless people here.

Worst grocery store ever always one register open even though they have a big sign saying that they’ll open more and the whole store smells awful

The staff are amazing! The area is full of different characters though. Tourists should avoid this area due to the nature of it, unless you’re experienced and comfortable enough.

The employees are wonderful at this store. They have security which is understandable considering the area. But like I said the staff in the store more than make up for some of the unpleasant surroundings found in that complex. It looks dirty and unkempt with a lot of other stores closed.

Omg. Visiting the area for the first time. Tried Albertsons since I’ve known the store for years back home. The staff I encountered at self-checkout had such a sour mood! Maybe a bad day? Or maybe she’s always like that because of the type of people she meets in this part of this city.

I dont usually leave a bad review , but If -5 stars were an option, that would definitely be what I would give this store. The butcher older black guy "Ron or R something " is completely rude and unprofessional, and I'm convinced he has no comprehension of what customer service is. So arriving at the meat department at 7:58pm when it's due to close at 9, as the supervisor stated. He (the butcher) was nowhere to be found. We asked one stock employee, one security guard who physically looked in the break room and the back of the meat department, and still no butcher. Then, he asked customer service, who paged him twice, and the supervisor who was on the floor and still no butcher. So 45 mins later, 15 mins before the department is scheduled to close, here comes the scrooge. Strolling along and looking right past us. He turns off the lights to the meat and seafood and proceeds to close down. We then ask if we can get the seafood. He says, " nah, I'm closed." we let him know we were waiting, and he said, I close at 8, and I left here at 8. We then say the manager says you close at 9. He says I don't care what the hell they said I'm closed. "At this point , words were exchanged, and we leave to get the manager. The manager goes and gets the seafood and brings it to us at the register. The butcher then walks ALL the way to the front up to the register as if he wants to fight. Calls us outta our names, mean mugging, and basically call himself pressing us. Atp the security tells us just get our food and go as if we are the problem. Long story short. Save yourself the headache and attitudes. Trust me.

There is something seriously wrong with the people who work up front at the cash registers. Rude and uneducated at its finest. The people there will fight with the customers. The customer is never right here. You people need to learn some respect. Rachet, ghetto, store.

Cashier Dee was very disrespectful to the customers in line and also towards me. I felt very uncomfortable in this environment. I would never come back to this Albertsons if all cashiers acted this way.

Area can get very flavorful.... But they've got the best fried chicken next to the University. And it's very easy to get in and out and they've got very good alcohol prices. I like to donate money to people in need there was a lady with her three daughters and son selling chocolate so I was very happy to give them money for their chocolates. When I see three little girls and a mother you know I'm giving up money ?. They remind me of my own Barbies.

Looks like an old store. And it's in a horrible area.
