VEHICLE RESERVED WAS READY AND CLEAN UPON RENTING IT. CHECKING IN AND RETURNING THE CAR WAS CONVENIENT AND EASY.

Very happy with Alamo...made the reservation on line so when I got to vegas I simply sent to the Alamo depot the gentleman said take any car in that lane, I picked out a mercedes , dropped it off just as easy, will always rent there from now on no lines no wait

We arrived at the car rental location. (btw- It was such an improvement when this multi rental car facility was built!). We had only a short wait. The agent was professional and not pushy (as car rental agents can be). We are on are way very quickly with a nice clean car.

Was in the area to attend the Ron fellows driving school in pahrump. Alamo had the better pricing with good feedback among the group so decided to go with them. I did everything online to make sure my in person process was easy. When I got there the counter staff was busy but a very nice gentleman named Jon was quick to help me. He was very kind and patient with me as he helped me finish the process on one of their in house machines. Nevertheless I was in and out in 5 minutes with a car ready for me outside. Jon is very hospitable and his customer service is top notch. Where I’m from in NJ we don’t get that often so it was nice for an out of towner like myself to feel at home right away. Thank you again Jon! It was nice talking with you.
