Don't rent from this company!!!
Pro: car was clean inside ans ran well
Cons: hidden fees when we got there. I used priceline our reservation and thought that was the final price but it's wasn't. When we picked up the car I was told we had to have other insurance on top of the one I already bought. Drop off was a nightmare. Our flight was at 6am so we had to drop the car off at 330am and it was closed but there was no drop box in front of the building and so we followed the signs which were written on there windows to that drop off rentals were in the back of the building so we followed the arrows to a sketchy house in the back with a drop box and parked the car in front of the drop box...we tried calling all of the numbers given to make sure this was correct but since it was after hours we couldn't get ahold of anyone so we left the car and put the keys in the drop box...come to find out later that day we were charged $350 for a missing key because we put the key in the wrong drop box.... when we called and talked to someone they said there was nothing they could do because they couldn't get in that drop box.... so we had to pay th fee... we will never rent from them again.

This company completely scammed me. They send you a link a couple of days before your rental. They ask at that time to provide any insurance coverage information. I filled out all my insurnace information as asked.
When I went to pick up the car the agent told me that I needed ot buy mandatory liability insurance. I explained to her that I had already provided details of my insurance coverage and in fact I also had extra insurance thru my credit card.
When it came time to sign the contract on the machine, the machine was "acting up" so she scrolled thru the contract and told me to initial sign etc.
I left with no paperwork and was told it would be emailed to me.
When I checked my email during my vacation, I noticed I was charged for insurnace and emergency road side (wasn't told about this mandatory charge)
My quote was $166 at time of booking. My bill was over $300. I called their 1800 number and those poor operators. They are trained like animals to say over and over and over again "'I am sorry but insurnace is not refundable after the car leaves the lot".
I didnt matter what question or comment I made, that was the answer I got back.
When I returned the car, I retold my story to the lot attendant. He said, "I am really sorry, I'm embarrassed to be working here, this scam happens all the time ". I will let the manager know that I saw your insurnace and ask him to refund the charge.
I just got my final bill. The insurance charge is still on the bill.
I called the 1800 number again and told them of my return experience and how i was told it happens all the time and that I would be getting a refund. Again the agent went right into her training and told me over and over again the same line as above.
I will be reporting this to my credit card company as fraud and go from there.
I have been renting cars in Vegas for 30 years. NEVER have I had such a terrible experience.
Also they are offsite (not at the regular rental lot) so 2 shuttles are needed to get there.....they don't mention that either.

Deceptive, inefficient, overpriced for international travellers.
Definitely NOT recommended
I reserved a Hyundai mid size SUV for 2 days in May. The quoted cost was $128. When I arrived to pickup my car they added an extra $146 for 'compulsory' platinum insurance. They claimed this is because I was on an international drivers licence. I checked the conditions they sent me by email and they only require proof of liability insurance, which I had. I was tired, it was late and I had already waited 20 minutes in the line (of 1 customer). Reluctantly, I took the insurance. They next day, I tried to get my daughter included as a co-driver but gave up after waiting for half an hour in the line (of 2 customers)
BUYER BEWARE. There are cheaper rates available from well-known car rental companies. This company is badly run and forces overpriced insurance on its customers without making this explicit when they send you the hire agreement with your reservation

This place deserves no stars. Worst car rental experience that ive ever had in 20 years. I gave them my policy # for my car insurance, Progressive, and I showed them my policy. Then they forced me to call my car insurance on speaker phone and ask my car insurance company if they covered rental cars. Then asked if they covered "loss of use". The insurance lady said she never asked that before and didn't know the answer. I got so angry I canceled the reservation. I seen no one else being asked these ridiculous questions. I was very offended. They forced me to show them my utility bill matching it to my Driver license, $750 deductible, and 150 miles per day when Expedia said unlimited miles. Never again!

DO NOT let this rental car branch tell you that it is mandatory to purchase their insurance. We've rented with this company many times and have never been forced to purchase coverage when we have our own coverage. The branch manager or so she said....middle aged women with black hair, that there was nothing she could do. Her customer service was abhorrent and non existent. Blatantly rude and not willing to have a discussion or make any concessions or call anyone else that may be able to help. She even refused to provide her manager's name which is not necessary as that's easy to find out. Anyone that refuses to provide their manager's name is clearly in the wrong or it wouldn't be a big deal. Further confirmed by her staff apologizing for her attitude and they hear it all the time. Very unfortunate for Advantage to have someone like that.

We were going to have a pathetic experience, but fortunately Dazree saved us, from another employee named Mike.
We were initially attended by Mike, who smiled and promised us to give the best possible deal, but we were shocked to hear the quotation that he gave us, coz this was a 3rd party booking and we had already made some payment online. So we asked him to give us a break up of the amount, that is when he stated throwing tantrums at us saying this is the best he could do and said “ there are others waiting in the queue, take it or leave it”. Basically he did not want to be transparent with us. After that he went inside for something, and out of curiosity I looked at his screen to see the break up, I found out that he upgraded us to another car and charged us for it, also he charged us for the fuel, and we asked him none of that.
That is when I told him why did you do that, and he started yelling at us saying that we are not supposed to look into his screen and asked us to leave the place. We literally had an argument there. Post that Dazree came into the picture and helped us out and we got a quotation half the amount quoted by Mike.
Thank god! that there are good people too in the world full of monsters. It was an hectic experience for us, and we ended up wasting 2 hours.

Spent several hundred dollars on rental insurance and after the battery in the vehicle quit working the next day, was told because it worked fine when I drove off the lot they weren’t going to cover it! I had to spend another huge amount in a new battery when clearly it was going bad before I rented it. Was told at checkout someone would look into it more thoroughly but no one has contacted me. I will NEVER recommend your agency to anyone!!!!

Waited in line for quite a while but Vila made it a pleasant experience. I wanted a bigger car and she was very professional and took great care of me. Great customer service. Returning the car was also a super fast process. No issues here. I would recommend this car rental.
