This company was responsive to scheduling an estimate, even though they cancelled and rescheduled the original appointment. That's why this is not a one star review.After several days, I had to reach out and ask for the estimate to be sent to me, which was detailed (another plus). However, I noticed that the estimate I did receive had items on it that were not included in the original coverage given to me by my insurance adjuster. In an attempt to give the company the opportunity to revise their estimate and remove the items that weren't included by the adjuster, I received the following: "The estimate written is for the adjuster, if it's not in accordance with what you need, then we will be passing on the job."I get that all companies have a list a mile long for jobs that may pay more, but they could have simply told us they weren't interested when they came to do the estimate instead of including bogus charges for things that weren't even damaged. Their estimate is almost double from what the adjuster allowed due to the addition of extraneous repairs.

I returned home after 6 months and finally saw the finished bathroom repair, it looked beautiful but a few things weren't up to my liking, I called Dayna and she had Brad call me in a few minutes and Brad came in an hour and fixed the two problems and came the next morning and fixed the third one. They already had their money for at least 4 months and proved that there honest, reliable and really likable which is important to me. Advanced Pro . A great company

We were looking for a company that would do the remediation and reconstruction. They said they would happily do it and gave us quotes for both. When it was time for reconstruction they changed their minds and left us with the kitchen torn out. We tried to call multiple times and talked with the owner to no avail. I would not suggest using this company because they do not live up to their word and might leave you with a half done job as well.Services: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

The company came without notice first to get in our condo. Lots of condition For the damages I already described to the receptionist who coordinates the work And she did not tell to worker. So they arrived my condo tear down and begin talk to me about the problem. After I used another company, I feel my condo was in better hand. From the my security camera the worker through my furniture and move careless my brand new furniture to stocked up. I really have very bad and not comfortable experiences with this company. My condo is still in construction now. I will check how much damage my furniture damage and seeking for

It's taken me a while to write this review as I am embarrassed to say my house flooded twice in 4 months! BUT...thank God for Advanced Pro! When chaos strikes they strike back with speed and top notch work. Kaleo and his team were on-site removing the mess less than an hour after I place my first frantic call. Rueben and Manny were again rockstars. I can't stress enough how much I like their work. Now, Reuben's signing, well, let's just say I hope you didn't apy a lot for the lessons. :-). I hope I NEVER have to call them again, but if I do, I will without reservation!
